⚡ 𝐄𝐈𝐌 𝐍𝐂 𝐈𝐈 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞! ⚡

September 17, 2026 | Ormoc City Technical Education & Skills Development Center (Ormoc TESDC) conducted an Orientation for EIM NC II Graduates under the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP) in preparation for their On-the-Job Training (OJT)/Supervised Industry Training (SIT) Deployment.

The orientation was conducted by Mr. Allan O. Nobria, MPA, Center Administrator, and Mr. Jonathan D. Caporas, Job Linkaging Focal Person, TESDC. They discussed the provisions and responsibilities stipulated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Ormoc TESDC and the respective industry partners, ensuring that the graduates are properly informed of the guidelines, expectations, and responsibilities throughout their industry exposure.

The graduates will be deployed to the following industry partners within Ormoc City:

🔧 TC Chemicals
🔧 Piktos Enterprises

Through this industry immersion, our graduates will have the opportunity to apply their EIM NC II competencies, gain hands-on workplace experience, and develop essential professional skills in actual industry settings.

Ormoc TESDC remains committed to strengthening industry partnerships and creating meaningful pathways for our graduates toward employment and career development. 💙⚡

The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass and Office Blessing, giving thanks for the Center’s journey, accomplishments, and the continued support of our partners and stakeholders. 🙏✨

We were honored by the presence of SP Members Edmund Kierulf, Caren Torres Rama, Tomas Serafica, and Burt Pades, together with representatives from our National Government Agencies (NGAs), partners, and stakeholders.

🔧⚡ Connecting Skills to Opportunities!

Sept 14, 2026 | An orientation was conducted for our Plumbing NC II and EIM NC II trainees featuring Trabahadoor, a platform that connects skilled workers with clients in need of trusted and TESDA-certified services.

The orientation was made possible with the presence of Ms. Krisha Nicole Buensalida, HR Generalist of Trabahadoor, and Ms. Justine Aubrey S. Balleta, LPT, Corporate Partnerships Manager, who shared valuable information on how our skilled trainees can explore opportunities and showcase their competencies through the platform.

From training to employment and entrepreneurship, Ormoc TESDC continues to equip our trainees with skills—and connect them to opportunities beyond the training room. 💪🛠️
