Ask yourself these TWO questions:

1. Have I been a teacher for 10 plus years?
2. Do I work a job where I manage 30 plus students every day… all with different needs, learning styles, behaviors, and backgrounds?

If the answer is no, you really should sit this one out.

Because the people talking the loudest always have the most to say:

“But teachers get summers off.”
“You knew what you signed up for.”
“My kid’s teacher doesn’t complain.”

Meanwhile teachers are out here dealing with micromanaging, chaos, zero support, and expectations nobody could ever meet.

On top of the parents, “experts,” and district people who haven’t stepped in a classroom since Walkmans were in style trying to tell them how to do their job.

So here’s the truth:
If you haven’t lived this life, you don’t get to judge the people who do.
