Please be informed that the Guidance and Counselling Office and Student Assistance Office will be conducting an Anti-Bullying and Sexual Harassment Seminar in partnership with the Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) on September 21 and 22, 2026 for the senior high school students.

As the AVR will be utilized for the seminar, Rooms 101 and 102 will be designated exclusively for Nursing Department classes during the morning hours (8:00 AM–12:00 NN) on September 21 and 22, 2026. Please be reminded that all afternoon classes will return to their original classroom assignments on both dates.

All concerned students and faculty members are advised to take note of the temporary classroom arrangements and seminar schedule.

Rest peacefully, Ma’am Inday. We will always remember you. 🕊️

Today, our mother, our leader, and our beacon of light, DR. ADELINA Y. LARRAZABAL, “Ma'am Inday”, has joined our Creator in heaven.

She poured so much love into our school and the academic community. Her kindness, wisdom, and faith inspired all of us to be better. Though we grieve, we find comfort knowing she is now resting in the arms of our Lord, on this auspicious day – the Feast of Mother Mary’s Birth.

Thank you, Ma'am Inday, for being our mother here on earth. We shall strive to carry your light forward.

Today marks the beginning of a month-long celebration honoring our dedicated teachers. From September 5 to October 5 is National Teachers’ Month, where we celebrate the efforts, hard work, and most of all, commitment to teaching. With the theme, “𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐈𝐤𝐚𝐰 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧,” we take this moment as an opportunity to say thank you to the people behind every student’s journey.

For all the things you do for your students, we are truly grateful. You do more than simply teach. You understand, support, and give students chances to do better.

Most importantly, you continue to inspire, guide, and encourage them to keep striving for a brighter future. Thank you for everything you do, both inside and outside the classroom.

𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚: 𝐁𝐮𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐋𝐑𝐂𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬

Nais mo bang balikan ang mga larong bumuo sa ating pagkabata? Bago pa man dumating ang teknolohiya, sapat na ang tsok, garter, at tsinelas upang magsaya kasama ang mga kaibigan. Ito ang tinatawag nating mga laro ng lahi—mga simpleng larong bahagi ng ating pagkatao bilang Pilipino.

Noong ika-5 ng Agosto 2026, ipinagdiwang ng mga SLRCians ang unang bahagi ng Buwan ng Wika, na pinangunahan ng Hiraya Club. Naghanda ang club ng iba’t ibang laro ng lahi para sa mga mag-aaral ng Senior High School Department.

Sa Calamansi Relay, ipinapasa ang calamansi gamit ang kutsara habang umiikot sa upuan, at isisigaw ang pangalan ng seksyon pagkatapos. Sa Langit-Lupa, naglaban ang Baitang 11 at 12—kailangang matawiran ang tatlong bilog sa quad sa loob ng limang segundo upang hindi mahuli. Sa Chinese Garter, tumatalon ang mga manlalaro habang unti-unting tumataas ang garter. Huli ang Running Man, kung saan hinahanap ang mga nakatagong barcode sa Senior High School building. Nasubok ang bilis, talas ng isip, at pagtutulungan ng lahat habang masayang nagtatawanan at nagsisigawan.

Ipinakita ng araw na iyon na kahit nasa panahon tayo ng teknolohiya, nanatiling buhay ang ating kultura at tradisyon. Ang pagdiriwang na ito ay nagbuklod sa mga SLRCians, lumikha ng masasayang alaala, at nagpaalala sa lahat ng kahalagahan ng ating wika at pamana ng ating mga ninuno.
