Another meaningful year has come to an end for the Earth Healers Club, and what an incredible journey it has been. We are beyond proud and grateful to be recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Clubs for the Academic Year 2025–2026. This milestone reflects the dedication, teamwork, and passion shared by every Earth Healer throughout the year.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our ever-supportive moderator, Ma’am Ciara Mae Arias, whose guidance and encouragement inspired us to continue making a difference. To all the members who actively participated in our environmental and educational activities, thank you for your commitment and hard work every effort truly mattered.

BIDA-CE Campus Pantry | March 30, 2026

In a beautiful act of compassion and unity, St. Peter’s College of Ormoc, Inc. held the BIDA-CE Campus Pantry in collaboration with SPC-RCY and their partnered organizations the City Health Department, Red Cross Ormoc City Chapter, and BJMP during their bloodletting program where generosity was felt not only through the gift of blood, but also through the spirit of sharing. Participants of the bloodletting were given priority in the pantry, honoring their willingness to give life to others.

This initiative came to life through the dedication of Ms. Josephine Paredes , Outreach Coordinator, alongside Ms. Ciara Mae Arias, moderator of the Earth Healers’ Club. With the support of Msgr. Erlito A. Maraya, School President, partner organization ECLIPSE, and the efforts of EHC members, YES-O Club, and NSTP volunteers, the event became a true reflection of service and bayanihan.

More than providing goods, this pantry shared hope, gratitude, and the reminder that when we give from the heart, we help build a stronger, more caring community.

Earth Hour 2026 | March 28, 2026 🌍🌱

At the heart of SM Center Ormoc, a powerful movement came to life bringing together the Earth Healers’ Club (EHC), the NSTP of St. Peter’s College of Ormoc Inc., and participants from different schools and organizations in one united mission: to protect and celebrate our planet.

From morning to evening, the day unfolded with meaningful and inspiring activities. At 10:00 AM, Kalitalks sparked conversations as schools shared their commitments and responsibilities toward protecting nature. By 2:00 PM, creativity took center stage in the Eco Fashion Show, where eco-friendly materials were transformed into stunning designs that symbolized hope and sustainability. As the day came to a close, the Ceremonial Lights-Off brought everyone together in a powerful moment reminding us that even the simplest action, like turning off the lights, can unite us for a greater cause.

This day was more than a celebration it was a reminder that every action we take today shapes the world of tomorrow.

Together, we are not just dreaming of a better Earth we are creating it.
Let this be the spark that continues to inspire us all to care, to act, and to protect our only home.

Season Of Creation 2025
𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒆: 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

Our Biblical text for this year is Isaiah 32:14-18. The prophet Isaiah pictured the desolated Creation without peace because of the lack of justice and the broken relationship between God and humankind. This description of devastated cities and wastelands eloquently stresses the fact that human destructive behaviours have a negative impact on the Earth.

Our hope: Creation will find peace when justice is restored. There is still hope and the expectation for a peaceful Earth.

To hope in a biblical context does not mean to stand still and quiet, but to act, pray, change, and reconcile with Creation and the Creator in unity, metanoia (repentance), and solidarity.
