WE CAME, WE CLEANED, WE CARED!🌍

The Earth Healers’ Club, together with SPC-O NSTP-CWTS, participated in the International Coastal Cleanup Drive held at the SM Center Ormoc Boardwalk on September 19, 2026, from 5:00–9:00 AM.

Together with students from different colleges, we collected various kinds of waste along the Anilao River from plastic bottles and food wrappers to single-use bags and other trash left behind or washed ashore. Seeing our trash bags fill up and the area become visibly cleaner made all our efforts worth it.

Waking up early on a weekend wasn’t easy, but knowing we were doing something good for our environment made every bit of effort worthwhile. This cleanup reminded us how much waste can end up in our rivers and oceans and how simple habits like proper waste disposal can make a difference.

A huge thank you to Ms. Ciara Mae Arias, EHC Club Moderator, and Mr. Carlito Niegos, NSTP-CWTS Coordinator, for guiding us throughout the activity, and to everyone who showed up and gave their time and effort.

Together, we took small steps toward a cleaner, healthier, and greener coastline.

SCIENCE QUIZ BEE 2026🏆✨

Yesterday, September 18, 2026, we successfully held our Science Quiz Bee at CAVR, where students showcased their knowledge, teamwork, and passion for Science.

The Earth Healers' Club successfully held its 1st General Meeting on July 13, 2026, at Room 204, St. Peter's College of Ormoc, Inc.

We extend our warmest welcome to both our new and returning members. Your presence marks the beginning of another exciting year of leadership, environmental stewardship, and service.

During the meeting, members were introduced to the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the Earth Healers' Club, gaining a deeper understanding of our commitment to protecting the environment and inspiring sustainable action within our community. We also looked back on the club's remarkable achievements from the previous academic year milestones made possible through the dedication and teamwork of our officers, members, moderators, and partners.

To conclude the meeting, the club presented its planned activities for the upcoming Science Month, encouraging everyone to actively participate and contribute to another year of meaningful and impactful initiatives.

The Earth Healers' Club (EHC) attended a meaningful meeting together with our EHC Moderator, Ma'am Ciara Arias, and EHC President, Ms. Dhafnie Pastor. Also present were BIDA-CE Coordinator Mr. Jade Rodriguez, representatives from partner schools, and barangay officials. The meeting focused on sharing updates, exchanging ideas, and planning the next steps toward building cleaner, greener, and more sustainable communities through the BIDA Circular Economy (BIDA-CE) initiative.

Another meaningful year has come to an end for the Earth Healers Club, and what an incredible journey it has been. We are beyond proud and grateful to be recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Clubs for the Academic Year 2025–2026. This milestone reflects the dedication, teamwork, and passion shared by every Earth Healer throughout the year.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our ever-supportive moderator, Ma’am Ciara Mae Arias, whose guidance and encouragement inspired us to continue making a difference.
