The Barangay Council of Patag leads the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the first Sulok ng Talino. We are also very grateful to have been joined by Municipal Mayor Jayfrancis Bago and representatives from MSWD, Opol West District Office, Opol Community College, Patag Elementary School, and Bridge of Kindness as we mark this meaningful step toward bringing books closer to our children and communities.
