Tema ng pagdiriwang ang “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon” at patuloy na nananawagan ang KWF sa pagkakaroon ng puwang ng wikang Filipino at mga wika sa Pilipinas sa harap ng mga umuusbong na teknolohiya tulad ng AI.

Kasama rin sa panawagang ito ng KWF ang maingat, mapanuri, at etikal na paggamit ng AI sa saliksik at produksiyon ng karunungan na inihahandog sa sambayanang Pilipino.

Bilang pakikiisa ng Deped Tayo James L Gordon Integrated School sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026, magkakaroon ng serye ng mga gawaing pangwika, pampanitikan, masining, at makabuluhang aktibidad na naglalayong linangin ang pagpapahalaga ng mga mag-aaral sa wikang Filipino, mga wika sa Pilipinas, panitikan, kultura, at pagkakakilanlang Pilipino, kasabay ng paghubog sa kanilang kakayahang gumamit ng makabagong teknolohiya nang responsable at mapanuri.

Makikilahok ang mga mag-aaral sa Junior High School (JHS) sa iba’t ibang patimpalak, gawaing pangklase, malikhaing presentasyon, at mga aktibidad na magbibigay sa kanila ng pagkakataong maipamalas ang kanilang talento, pagkamalikhain, kasanayan sa paggamit ng wika, kakayahan sa pananaliksik, at kritikal na pag-iisip.

Sa sama-samang pakikilahok ng mga g**o, mag-aaral, at buong pamayanan ng paaralan, layunin ng pagdiriwang na maipakita na ang wikang Filipino ay buhay, umuunlad, at patuloy na may mahalagang papel sa paghubog ng karunungan, kultura, at pagkakakilanlang Pilipino sa panahon ng Artificial Intelligence.
