AURA GAMES 2025🪽

‎The Mondriaan Aura College Senior High School intramurals were truly a spectacle of energy, teamwork, and school spirit! 💯 From start to finish, the games were packed with excitement‼️ 👏

‎The MAC-SHS Red Cross Youth Council together with ORMAG, were on hand throughout the event to ensure everyone stayed safe, healthy, and ready to enjoy every moment ⛑️. From delivering first aid assistance to keeping the sidelines safe, our volunteers played a key role in making the intrams run smoothly and safely.

🚨 On November 22, 2025, the MAC-SHS Red Cross Youth Council conducted an Emergency First Aid Training from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the MAC School Grounds. The activity aimed to enhance the participants knowledge and skills in providing immediate and appropriate care during emergency situations.🔛🔝

⛑️ We would also like to thank our instructors from PRC-Olongapo Chapter—whom they facilitated the training, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of all demonstrations and procedures.

Before this day ends, we would like to extend our warmest birthday greetings to our Senior High School Red Cross Youth Treasurer, Lex Mckenzie Buccat! 🥳

💥 Last week on August 8, 2025, The Supreme Student Government of Mondriaan Aura College SHS conducted an induction of officers and leadership training together with Red Cross Youth Council SHS and The Edge.

🎤 We would like to thank our speaker, Councilor Tet Marzan—who helped develop the student leaders in community service, teamwork, and leadership while encouraging more cooperation between the school's organizations.

✨ As a result of the successful activity, RCY members gained useful skills and were motivated to continue their dedication to community service and volunteer work.

SHAPING CULTURE: Towards a CPR-Ready Philippines🫀🇵🇭

On the 17th day of July 2025, The Red Cross Youth and The Supreme Student Government of Mondriaan Aura College SHS participated and took a part on National CPR Day Celebration!

⛑️This meaningful seminar has taught us the importance of being prepared in times of emergency.

💪It empowered us with the skills and confidence to save lives through Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

And lastly, we would like to thank the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM)-Olongapo Chapter in collaboration with SBMA, Medical Society, and of course the Philippine Heart Association for inviting and teaching us with their knowledge about CPR. We truly appreciate your guidance and effort! 🙌

-Avoid wading through flooded areas! If you must, remember to wear boots and wash your feet immediately with soap to prevent leptospirosis.
•Stay Dry
-Avoid going outside when it’s raining heavily and always remember to bring an umbrella whenever you need to go outside.
•Drive Carefully
-Wet roads and foggy views are common.
•Be Prepared
-Be ready in case of emergency; Have a “Go Bag” with you containing essentials like flashlights, canned food and bottled water, first aid, important documents or IDs, and such. Also know your barangay’s evacuation center.

It wasn’t just about selecting leaders — it was about choosing those who can light the way. The students were chosen not only for what they can do, but for how they inspire and guide others to move forward.

The Red Cross Youth - SHS extends its gratitude to everyone who participated and voted.

🌍✨ In celebration of Earth Day, the Red Cross Youth of Senior High School and College Department of Mondriaan College not only held an enlightening seminar on waste segregation but also took action by organizing a community clean-up! Together, we rolled up our sleeves to beautify our surroundings and promote a cleaner, greener planet. Together, we can make a difference! ♻️💚

Last November 16 and 23 2024, MAC - SHS Red Cross Youth Council actively engage in a First Aid training and seminar led by the Olongapo Rescue Monitoring Action Group (ORMAG).
