Last October 14, 2025, 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 (𝗚𝗘𝗬𝗠𝘀) attended another insightful session of 𝗚𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗬 was successfully conducted with the theme “𝗗𝗲𝗺𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄.”

The session featured 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗬𝗮𝗽 as the resource speaker, who shared valuable insights on the 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁,, its key provisions, and the importance of protecting personal information in the digital age. Students engaged actively in the open forum, deepening their understanding of data protection and responsible digital citizenship.

Last September 30, 2025, the first session of 𝗚𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗬 was successfully held with the theme “𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘄, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.”

The seminar highlighted the pressing issue of cybercrime—its types, effects, and the importance of protecting one’s digital presence. Participants gained valuable insights into legal provisions, preventive measures, and practical cyber tips to ensure responsible and safe online behavior.

The event was made possible in collaboration with the GC Communication Society, GCCCS Innovative Multimedia Artists Guild of Empowered Students, and the Society of Programming Enthusiasts in Computer Science (SPECS).
