Processing Time of Requested Documents:
* Diploma / TOR with Special Order (SO)
---> takes two (2) to three (3) weeks upon completion of all required documents.
* Certifications and Authentication of Records by STI
---> takes five (5) working days upon completion of all required documents.
Relevant Schedules:
* Follow-up ---> Wednesdays and Thursdays (9:00am to 6:00pm)
* Releasing of Documents ---> Fridays (9:00am to 6:00pm)
