-One of the criteria is you are a B’78 alumni (means graduate) and an active member of the Batch ‘78 Independent Group.
-Active member means abiding with the rule. Attending meeting, paying dues, participating in activities such as fund raising, supporting the entity and members and a positive behavior.
-If they can not abide by the rules, the Pres and officers can make a determination if they can be accepted to continue or not.
Guaranteed provision offerings to the members are at no cost should be valued by all. Communicate that the simple house rules should be respected.

Good morning
1) All bm who is willing to attend the 50 anniversary, but He or she did not pay any monthly dues during the period of 2022 up the 2028 , they must pay retro active.
2). Bm 78 aiming for the budget 1 Million for our 50 anniversary , their will bo no registrstion fee to all bm 78, and we will ask any donation for our bm local and abroad .
3) All bm 78 menber are ask no to post to our GC if not related the subject matters

Firstly: We discussed that each member should attend reg.meeting(3rd sat.of the mo.)

Secondly: each member should pay our mutual fund until Dec. 2023(600 pesos a year /officer 1200 pesos)

Lastly; starting Sept we will be having our:
1 regular walk n talk program
2 zumba
3 bowling
4 bingo( fund raising)

Events happened since 45th reunion till medical mission, walk and talk, etc.

House Rules:
1. Member should be b78 graduate.
2. Obliged to attend regular meeting.
3. Dues from January to December should be fully paid.
4.Birthdays to be celebrated together with every monthly meeting.
5. Yearly election of officers (last meeting of December). Proclamation will be in January.
6. Cash assistance will be given to the family of demised batchmate ( Active - 2k pesos cash assistance plus flowers worth 2k; Inactive - 2k cash assistance)
