HALLOWEEN COSPLAY'S RULES AND MECHANICS:

1. The Lyceum of Subic Bay’s Halloween Cosplay Contest is open to all legitimate students (College and Senior High School Levels respectively) of this institution;
2. All contestants must present themselves in the costume or in character related to theme (i.e.-Halloween);
3. There will be an on on-site/in-person PRE-REGISTRATION on October 26, 2022, Wednesday, from 1:30PM-4:30PM without wearing the costume yet. A registration fee of PHP100.00 shall be collected from each of the interested participants;
4. Judging starts at 2:00-4:00PM on Friday, October 28, 2022 wearing your halloween cosplay costume, and awarding follows in a closing program;
5. There will be no entry limit for the cosplay contest per department. Cosplayers will be given number tags that must be worn during the judging period;
6. All Cosplay contestants will be judged based on the following criteria:
6.1. Costume and Relevance -40 points
6.2. Craftmanship and Creativity-30 points
6.3. Showmanship/In Character Showcase-15 points
6.4. Overall Impact-15 points

7. Dangerous articles or props that may cause harm to fellow cosplayers, event staff and attendees and/ or render damage to the venue are strictly prohibited;
8. Lyceum of Subic Bay and its representative-organizers shall not be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from the mishandling and/ or negligence of a cosplayer in his/her use of costume props throughout the duration of the event;
9. The Organizers reserve the right to adjust rules of this competition in any way if it sees fit or deemed necessary;
10. The Judges’ decisions are final and irrevocable;
11. Lyceum of Subic Bay and its representative-organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who ignores and/ or violates any of the aforementioned rules and mechanics;
12. Winner will be awarded by a CASH PRIZE.

Good day Lycean Alumni!

This is to inform you that year books for Batch 2010 to 2019 Graduates, and graduation photos for Batch 2020 to 2022 are now available at the Office of the Registrar. You may claim it from October 10-21, 2022 with no appointment request needed. Please bring your graduation clearance and official receipt. Claiming your yearbook or graduation photos beyond the schedule of releasing will be subject to an appointment request through our FB page.
