In view of the Thanksgiving Mass and Induction of Class and Club Officers for S.Y. 2026–2027, all Basic Education classes (Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School) shall shift to an Asynchronous Learning Modality on:

This schedule adjustment will allow students, class officers, club officers, moderators, and school personnel to participate in this meaningful institutional celebration.

Students are advised to:
✅ Access and accomplish the learning tasks and activities provided by their subject teachers through the prescribed learning platforms.
✅ Observe submission deadlines as instructed by their teachers.
✅ Monitor official class group chats and announcements for additional instructions.

SJCOI ADVISORY

Following the advisory issued by Olongapo City Mayor Atty. Rolen C. Paulino Jr., St. Joseph College–Olongapo, Inc. announces that classes in all levels on Monday, July 13, 2026, will be conducted through ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING due to the expected continuous heavy rainfall.

In addition, all office transactions and regular administrative operations are suspended on July 13, 2026, to ensure the safety of employees, and stakeholders.

However, General Services personnel, particularly the Security Services (Internal Security), shall remain on duty to ensure campus security, monitor school facilities, and respond to any emergency situations as needed.

Students are advised to accomplish the learning activities provided by their teachers through the school’s official learning platforms and communication channels.

Everyone is encouraged to prioritize their safety, remain indoors when possible, and continue monitoring updates from the Olongapo City Government and PAGASA.

Pursuant to the declaration of Olongapo City Mayor Atty. Rolen C. Paulino Jr. suspending classes in all levels due to the prevailing weather conditions, St. Joseph College–Olongapo, Inc. announces the following:

* Classes in ALL LEVELS (Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, and College) are SHIFTED TO ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING today, July 10, 2026.

* Student Support Services Offices (including the Student Development & Counseling Center (SDCC), Scholarship & Aid Office, Clinic, and other student service units) are CLOSED TO FACE-TO-FACE TRANSACTIONS.

* The Accounting Office and Finance Office remain OPEN to accommodate PAYMENT and other essential financial transactions.

* Maintenance and Security Services shall CONTINUE TO OPERATE to ensure the safety, security, and proper maintenance of the campus.

Students are advised to check their, official class group chats, and other communication channels for learning activities and instructions from their teachers.

We encourage everyone to STAY SAFE, avoid unnecessary travel, and continue monitoring official advisories from the Olongapo City Government and PAGASA.
