Good day, CHTM Students! Thank you for patiently waiting. Kindly read the instructions below on how to claim the refund for CHTM Week Contribution.

SCHEDULE OF CONTRIBUTION REFUND:
Kindly follow the schedule accordingly.

For TM Students:
• June 15-17, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSTM 1A
• June 18-20, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSTM 1B
• June 22-24, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSTM 1C
• June 25-26, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSTM 2A
• June 29-30, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSTM 2B

For HM/HRM Students:
• June 17-19, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 1A
• June 22-24, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 1B
• June 24-26, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 1C
• June 29-30, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 1D
• July 1-3, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 2A
• July 6-8, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 2B
• July 8-10, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHM 2C
• July 13-16, 2020 9:00am-4:00pm : BSHRM 3A

OPTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTION REFUND:

• GCash to GCash
• GCash to Other Banks (BDO & BPI Only)

NOTE: If in case you do not have a GCash or Bank Account under your name, the transfer can be through your parent’s/guardian’s account. Kindly provide a copy of their government-issued ID.

HOW TO CLAIM IT? Kindly follow the steps indicated below:

Step 1: Send a message to this page League of Tourism Students of the Philippines - Olongapo Chapter / SHARE - Society of Hotel and Restaurant Enthusiast with the following details in this order:

*Program/Year/Block:
*Full Name:
*Option for Contribution Refund:
*A copy of your School ID/Second Semester E-form

NOTE: Asking a copy of your School ID/E-form is needed to confirm your identity as a countermeasure due to the surge of duplicate accounts on Facebook.

Step 2: Kindly wait for the LTSP/SHARE President’s reply of acknowledgement and to ask for your details.

Step 3: Kindly provide the details pertaining to your option of refund.

Step 4: The LTSP/SHARE Treasurer will process the transfer.

Step 5: The LTSP/SHARE President will send a screenshot once the transfer has been made.

NOTE: Please DO NOT send a message to the LTSP/SHARE President's personal Facebook account to process your refund.

We're very sorry for the NCOVenience but it's in the interest of public safety and in accordance with the regulations imposed by governments as preventive measures of this pandemic.
