Newly Admitted Students should confirm their admission in the GCA Portal AND have submitted the complete enrolment requirements to the Office of the Registrar to be able to proceed to this process.

1. Log-on to the student portal https://gordoncollegeccs.edu.ph/gces/student using the credentials used in the GCA portal.

7. Completing all the steps above will register you for enrolment. Your schedule of classes will be posted in your GCES account on or before the start of classes. You may ask the assistance of your program coordinator for class schedule matters.

On April 30, 2026, the 1st BSA Research Forum with the theme, “From Thesis to Global Impact: Advancing Accountancy Research Through Publication and Practice, was successfully conducted via Google Meet.

The forum brought together Bachelor of Science in Accountancy students from the 2nd to 4th year levels in a meaningful academic engagement that highlighted the importance of research, scholarly publication, and evidence-based practice in the accounting profession.

The event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Gordon College – Research Development and Community Extension Services (RDCES) and the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Gordon College (JPIA-GC). Through this initiative, students were provided an avenue to strengthen their appreciation of research as a catalyst for professional development and societal impact.

The organizers extend their sincere gratitude to Dr. Ediric D. Gadia, Vice President for Research Development and Community Extension Services and Research Adviser of the presenters; Mr. John Angelo Diwa, OIC-Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy; and Dr. John Mark Asio, Director of the Research Development Unit and Coordinator of the Research Ethics Review Unit, for their invaluable support in advancing the college’s research initiatives.

Special recognition is also given to the distinguished panelists: Ms. Merlin De Gracia, Ms. Krysta Ly Palencia-Rivera, Ms. Lovelyn P. Ceralde, and Dr. Darwin P. Paguio. Their expertise, insights, and constructive feedback greatly enriched the forum and contributed to its success.

The activity was spearheaded by Ms. Geraldine D. Raydanas and Mr. Emar Kristian Aranda, CBA Research Coordinators, whose dedication and collaborative leadership played a vital role in the successful conduct of the event.

As Gordon College continues to strengthen its culture of research and academic excellence, the 1st BSA Research Forum stands as a significant milestone in empowering future accounting professionals to transform research into meaningful contributions that extend beyond the classroom and into the global community.

2. Take Your Lab Tests: You can go to any medical laboratory of your choice.

Once you have your original lab results, proceed to the campus clinic during your designated dates.

1. Follow the CBA Schedule: 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: You must go 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘.

2. Go Early (First-Come, First-Serve): The clinic only accommodates 150 students per day.

⚠️ 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞: You must bring your original laboratory results. 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗡𝗢 𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗.

3. Take the Physical Exam: Present your lab results and complete the exam with the College Physician or Nurse.
4. Receive Your Certificates: The clinic will issue you three (3) copies of your Medical Certificate.

Distribute your three copies accordingly to clear your enrollment.

1. Copy 1 (Student's Copy): 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘 for your personal records.
2. Copy 2 (Coordinator's Copy): Digital Submission. 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗧 the physical copy to your CBA Program Coordinator. A link for digital submission will be posted soon, so keep an eye out for that announcement.
3. Copy 3 (Registrar's Copy): Submit this to the College Registrar to finalize your clearance.

* For working students who have had their physical examination done for the past 2 months, a certified true copy of the laboratory and x-ray results is required/accepted.

** If you already had your medical exam during the Mid-Year term for your OJT, you do not need to repeat this process for the 1st Semester.
