Today, our students joyfully took part in the Parish Catechetical Culminating Activity held at Sta. Rita Parish, where they showcased not only their talents and knowledge but also their deep love for our Catholic faith. 💒

We are proud to share that our Christ the King Catholic School students emerged as winners in the Poster Making, Slogan Making, and Quiz Bee Contests! 🏆👏 They also graced the Mary Look-Alike Contest, radiating grace and devotion inspired by our Blessed Mother. 🌹

Last October 10, 2025, Christ the King Catholic School, Inc. held its Sci-Math Culminating Activity, a celebration of curiosity, innovation, and intellect.

Through a series of experiments, exhibits, and captivating character portrayals of renowned mathematicians and scientists, our students proudly demonstrated their mastery, creativity, and deep understanding of the wonders of Mathematics and Science. From showcasing inventive projects to embodying the great minds who shaped human knowledge, the activity truly reflected the learners’ passion for discovery and excellence. 🔬📐✨

This meaningful event reminded everyone that at Christ the King Catholic School, Inc., education goes beyond books and classrooms. We shape students who strive for balance in all aspects of growth — excelling not only in academics, Science, and Mathematics, but also in sports, arts, and faith-driven leadership. 👑

Last October 7, 2025, Christ the King Catholic School joyfully celebrated the National Catechetical Month, honoring our mission to grow deeper in faith and love for Christ. 💛✨

The celebration was filled with creativity and devotion as students participated in various contests such as the Angels Look-Alike (Elementary), Mary and Joseph Look-Alike (High School), and the Elementary Interpretative Dance showcasing their faith through art and movement. 🙏🎭

We also proudly recognized the winners of the Quiz Bee, Rosary Making, Paint a Saint, and Creative Bible Verse Making competitions — each reflecting the beauty of our Catholic faith and the students’ deep understanding of God’s Word. 🌹🎨📖

The Diocese of Iba Educational Foundation, Inc., (DIEFI) conducted a benchmarking activity at St. Gabriel Academy, Caloocan, focusing on best practices in school management, particularly the effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS). 💻✨

The team was led by Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Jose Montes, DIEFI Curriculum Head, and Dr. Amelia Cecilia S. Reyes, DIEFI Finance Head, together with the coordinators of the DIEFI Curriculum, Ms. Jo-Anne Gallagher and Mr. Steven Lloyd Maybituin, the Finance Head of Immaculate Concepcion Academy in Cabangan, the IT Coordinator of St. Columban’s Montessori in San Felipe, and our very own school principal.

We were warmly welcomed by the faculty and staff of St. Gabriel Academy, headed by their school principal, Rev. Fr. Kennedy A. Neral, Ph.D.

The Division of Association of Private Schools – Olongapo (DAPS-O) formally opened its annual sports activities through an Opening Program held on October 3, 2025 at Columban College, Asinan.

The ceremony gathered private schools across Olongapo and was attended by DAPS-O Officers, led by Dr. Agnes Racquel B. Mendones, President of DAPS-O and Principal of Subic Bay Colleges Inc., along with Dr. Amy Sarabia, DAPS-O Auditor and Principal of Olongapo Wesley School. Sports coordinators from various private schools were also present.

Adding prestige to the occasion was Sir Saturnino “Ting” Dumlao, MAPEH Education Program Supervisor, who expressed his full support for the participating schools and athletes.

Meanwhile, due to unfavorable weather conditions, the official start of the DAPS-O Games—initially set for October 4—has been rescheduled to October 11–12, 2025.

The DAPS-O Games continue to serve as a platform for fostering camaraderie, sportsmanship, and excellence among private schools in Olongapo.
