𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒔, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏'𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒅, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍. 🤍

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 was one of those rare days where cameras could never fully capture what truly mattered. With no photos allowed alongside our lolas and sisters, what we brought home instead were stories etched in memory; 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵.

In collaboration with SPELL Club, this outreach became more than just an activity—it became 𝒂 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔. Beyond providing food, daily necessities, and warm meals, the MAPEH Club offered mini song performances that gently filled the space with calm, comfort, and light. Meanwhile, SPELL Club led engaging activities that sparked joy and laughter, capped with small but thoughtful tokens of love—towels given as gifts, each one symbolizing care, dignity, and warmth.

Though unseen by cameras, the impact of this outreach was felt deeply by every officer involved. The lessons we learned from the elderlies’ experiences and lifelong stories are ones we will carry with us as we continue our own journeys. This outreach felt different—𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥—and it is a core memory we will forever hold close.

As we share this experience with you, may this also serve as a reminder for all reggies to love and cherish their parents, lolo's and lola's.
