In her message to the Class of 2026, University President Prof. Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani reminded graduates that success is not measured solely by achievements, titles, or career milestones. Rather, it is defined by the values we uphold, the relationships we build, and the positive impact we create along the way.

President Mani’s words resonate deeply with this year's theme, Future Ready: Skills, Sustainability, Success. While skills prepare graduates to navigate an ever-changing world and adaptability equips them to face uncertainty, sustainability reminds them to pursue success responsibly, protecting people, communities, and the environment for generations to come.

As Batch Tangluyan, Class of 2026, embarks on new journeys, may this message serve as a guiding light: stay skilled, stay adaptable, stay future-ready, and never lose sight of the values that make success truly meaningful.

In her Honoring of Mentors speech, Mary Joy Ermino, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with Distinction, expressed her gratitude to the teachers, advisers, and mentors whose guidance extended far beyond the classroom.

Her words remind us that while academic knowledge opens doors, it is the encouragement, wisdom, patience, and faith of mentors that help students discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and pursue their fullest potential.
