𝗕𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿

There are people fighting battles they rarely speak about and carry
troubles that can't be seen by the naked eye. This Su***de
prevention month a little kindness, a genuine conversation, or simply being there can make a difference in someone’s darkest days.

Let this month remind us to look beyond what we see, to listen with compassion, and to reach out, not only when someone asks for help, but when they may be quietly hoping someone will notice. Let's offer a hand filled with warmth and love to every person in these turbulent
times.

Together, let’s create a world where no one feels alone in their pain,
where asking for help is never a weakness, and where every person is reminded that their life has meaning and their presence matters.
