A proud 𝐑𝐒𝐔 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟐, Zeeryl earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Romblon State University in 1997 and later completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminology at Araullo University in 2020. Today, Zeeryl serves as a 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐭 (𝐏𝐂𝐌𝐒) in the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐍𝐏). 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, through the 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬(CARES), successfully conducted the 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐒 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for this year's beneficiaries under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES).

The orientation aimed to equip student beneficiaries with the necessary knowledge, policies, and guidelines to help them carry out their duties responsibly and effectively throughout their employment period. Participants were provided with an overview of the SPES Program and were oriented on university policies and personnel guidelines in preparation for their deployment.

The program featured discussions and messages from key university personnel, including 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐥 𝐌. 𝐅𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐨, CARES Director; 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐏. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚, Head of the Employment Services Unit; and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐆. 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐦𝐞, Head of the Human Resource Management Office.

👥 A total of 𝟏𝟕 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐒 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 from across the university participated in the program:

📍 12 – Main Campus
📍 2 – San Agustin Campus
📍 1 – Romblon Campus
📍 1 – Cajidiocan Campus
📍 1 – San Fernando Campus

To ensure wider participation, an 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 was also conducted in the afternoon, allowing beneficiaries from other campuses to receive the same information and guidance prior to the start of their SPES engagement.

Following the orientation program, the work deployment for the 12 SPES beneficiaries assigned at the RSU Main Campus was conducted. CARES personnel facilitated their deployment to their respective offices and workstations within the university, officially commencing their participation in the SPES Program. Meanwhile, beneficiaries from the other campuses received the necessary orientation and deployment guidance through the afternoon online session.

Through the continued partnership between the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (DOLE) and 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, the SPES Program provides students with opportunities to gain meaningful work experience, develop professional skills, and support their educational journey while fostering a strong sense of responsibility and service.

This initiative reflects the university's commitment to student development by creating opportunities that prepare learners for future careers while contributing to the university community.

Jeuel currently serves as 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 at the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐧.
