Batay sa Heavy Rainfall Warning na inilabas ng PAGASA Southern Luzon PAGASA Regional Services Division (SLPRSD) alas-5:00 ng umaga, patuloy na nararanasan ang katamtaman hanggang malakas na pag-ulan sa ilang bahagi ng Romblon, kabilang ang Bayan ng Odiongan, na maaaring magpatuloy sa susunod na 2 hanggang 3 oras.

Maaari itong magdulot ng pagbaha, partikular sa mga mababang lugar at malapit sa mga ilog at daluyan ng tubig.

Isinagawa ang suspensyon ng klase upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, g**o, at school personnel.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatili sa ligtas na lugar at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na abiso kaugnay ng lagay ng panahon.

Yesterday, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐂𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎 successfully held its 𝑶𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑻𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚, bringing together the newly elected 𝐂𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, faculty members, and distinguished guests to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in student leadership.

The program formally opened with a warm welcome from former 𝐂𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫, 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, who congratulated the newly elected officers and encouraged them as they embarked on their journey of service.

A heartfelt message followed from former 𝐂𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫, 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐅𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨, who reflected on her leadership journey and shared the invaluable lessons and experiences she gained throughout her term, inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The ceremony continued with the solemn 𝑶𝒂𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈, where the newly elected officers pledged to uphold the values of 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, and 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 as they officially assumed their responsibilities.

In a moment that symbolized both honor and responsibility, the newly elected 𝐂𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚, accepted the role of leading the organization, expressing her commitment to serve the student body with dedication, humility, and purpose.

The program was further enriched by the inspiring message of 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐁. 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐚, the organization's new adviser, who warmly welcomed the newly elected officers while expressing his sincere gratitude to the outgoing officers for their unwavering commitment and service.

To conclude the ceremony, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥, delivered the closing remarks, encouraging every officer to lead with honesty, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference.
