Leadership is not about rank, popularity, or authority. It is about responsibility—the courage to stand first, the discipline to stay firm, and the commitment to serve even when it is difficult.
This 2nd Semester, the 351st NROTCU opens its doors to cadets who are ready to take that step forward through the recruitment of Basic Military Officer Candidate Course (BMOCC) batch Bravo. This is not simply an opportunity to wear a position, but a chance to be trained, tested, and transformed into a leader others can rely on.
The willingness of being an officer is to choose growth over comfort, service over recognition, and integrity over ease. It demands focus, resilience, and the willingness to lead by example—on and off the formation.
If you believe you have the potential to lead, the discipline to learn, and the heart to serve, this is where your journey begins.
The challenge is set. The call is clear. Step forward and lead with purpose.
