All unvaccinated students of RSU Main Campus (18 yrs. old and above) are invited to join the RSU RESBAKUNA MARATHON this coming Friday (October 29), 8 am -5 pm at RSU-Gymnasium, Odiongan, Romblon.

For safety reasons, everyone is advised to strictly observe safety protocols such as wearing of face mask and face shield, proper social distancing and other hygienic measures during the vaccination. Note that the available vaccine is Pfizer. See you there!

The Commission on Higher Education is pleased to inform interested parties of the call for applications to the Chevening Scholarships Program for Academic Year 2022-2023.

This year's call for new applicants follows the selection of 25 scholars from the Philippines who will be taking up their post-graduate degrees at UK universities this coming academic year.

Chevening Scholarships are the UK's government scholarship program, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organizations. The scholarship offers full financial support for future leaders to study any eligible master's degree at any UK university whilst also gaining access to a wide range of exclusive academic, professional, and cultural experiences. Successful applicants are required to return to their home countries after their year of study and stay for a minimum of two years.

Application documents must be submitted at www.chevening.org/apply on or before 02 November 2021.

In celebration of the 54th ASEAN Founding Anniversary with the theme “We Care, We Prepare, We Prosper,” the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) MIMAROPA Region will conduct a webinar for students of higher education institutions in MIMAROPA Region dubbed as “MIMAROPA Region Webinar on Awareness of ASEAN Common Cultural Heritage” to be held on September 15, 2021 at 9:00AM (Wednesday).



The activity aims to highlight the common heritage and culture of the ASEAN members to foster peace, development and understanding towards regional integration that could be explored and developed by the students.
