[𝗘𝗬𝗘𝗦 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘] The year 2026 marks the 47th USeP Commencement Exercises, scheduled from September 9 to 11, 2026, at the Tagum-Mabini, Mintal, and Obrero Campuses. The University extends its congratulations to the Class of 2026 on the successful completion of their degree programs.

As we prepare to celebrate this significant event, graduates and attendees are encouraged to review and observe the official commencement guidelines to help ensure orderly, solemn, and safe ceremonies for everyone.

The University Learning Resource Center (ULRC) is excited to announce the library hours for the Academic Year 2026-2027.

Please take note of the library service hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Music has long been a powerful expression of Filipino identity as it preserves our heritage, tells our stories, and brings communities together across generations.

As we observe the Linggo ng Musikang Pilipino this last week of July, USeP recognizes the invaluable role of music in enriching education, promoting culture, and inspiring creativity within our academic community. From the performances of our student musicians and cultural groups to the melodies that resonate during University celebrations, music continues to be an integral part of the USeP experience.

With this year's theme, "Musika at Himig Natin: Tradisyon, Industriya at Bagong Tinig," let us celebrate the richness of Philippine music by honoring our traditions, supporting our artists, and encouraging new voices that will shape the future of Filipino music.

COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION ADVISORY

Please be informed that the Comprehensive Examination for the following graduate programs will be conducted on July 10–11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM:

• Master of Technology Education
• Master of Industrial Technology

Students who intend to take the examination are required to submit the following documents to their respective Program Heads

Letter of Intent to take the Comprehensive Examination, duly signed by the student and noted by the Program Head, to be submitted on or before July 6–7, 2026. Certificate of Grades with General Weighted Average (GWA), issued by the Office of the University Registrar, to be submitted on or before July 6–7, 2026.
