The English Club proudly participated in the Tindig Babae Workshop organized by Angat Kabataan, held on March 21, 2026, Saturday at Obando National High School. The event was truly meaningful as it aligned with the celebration of Women’s Month.🌸♥️
The workshop began with warm-up exercises that prepared them for the series of activities ahead. It then featured engaging and informative sessions, including an overview of self-defense, introduction to essential self-defense tools, and hands-on practice of basic self-defense skills that can be applied in real-life situations. 💪♥️
The organizers also thoughtfully prepared mats and snacks for the participants, ensuring their comfort throughout the event. Everyone truly enjoyed the activities and appreciated the effort put into making the workshop both engaging and memorable.♥️🌸
A question-and-answer portion was also conducted, where participants were given the opportunity to raise their concerns, clarify ideas, and gain deeper understanding from the facilitators.♥️
