𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗦!

Sa paggunita ng Ika-128 Taon ng Labanan sa Alapan at pagsisimula ng National Flag Days, hinihikayat ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines ang lahat ng Scouts at kapwa Pilipino na buong dangal na iwagayway ang ating pambansang watawat sa ating mga tahanan mula Mayo 28 hanggang Hunyo 12.

Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang simpleng gawaing ito sa tapang, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan na siyang bumubuo sa ating pagka-Pilipino. Sa bawat pagtaas ng watawat ay pagpupugay natin sa kasaysayan, kalayaan, at kabayanihang ipinaglaban ng ating mga ninuno.

𝙷𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚢 𝚖𝚘𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛'𝚜 𝙳𝚊𝚢🩷

Some people are called Mama. Some are called Nanay, Mommy, Mom, Ate, Papa, Kuya, Lola, Lolo, Tito, Tita, guardian, or simply “the one who stayed.”

Motherhood has never been limited to just one title or one person. It lives in every act of care, every sacrifice made quietly, every sleepless night, every packed meal, every reminder to get home safe, and every “kumain ka na ba?” after a long day.

It is a job carried 24/7, 365 days a year.

Today, we celebrate every form of motherly love. To everyone who helped raise, protect, guide, and love others with gentleness and strength, thank you.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆?

Because in Scouting, people come in as individuals with different stories, but shared experiences slowly bring them closer than expected.

Every activity places Scouts in moments where cooperation becomes the way forward, sharing effort, adjusting to one another, and offering help without hesitation.

As these experiences continue, something deeper develops. Familiarity becomes trust. Trust becomes comfort. And comfort grows into a bond that no longer feels like just a group, but something closer to a family. That is where brotherhood and sisterhood take shape in Scouting.

Ngayong ika-84 na paggunita ng , kaisa ang Boy Scouts of the Philippines sa muling pag-alaala sa mga bayani ng Bataan—hindi lang sa kanilang ginawa, kundi sa iniwan nilang pamantayan ng katapangan at pagmamahal sa bayan.

‎Ang diwa ng pagiging Iskawt ay hindi malayo sa diwa ng kagitingan—handa sa tungkulin, matatag sa hamon, at laging tapat sa bayan.

Today, February 22, 2026, we celebrate BP Day, honoring the birthday of the founder of the World Scouting Movement, Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell (1857-1941).

We remember the legacy of the man who started it all. His vision has guided millions of young people to become responsible citizens and leaders.

Let us renew our Scout Promise and Law, and continue to make a positive impact in our Communities, Nation and World!!
