𝗨𝗡𝗬𝗔 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, in partnership with 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗲ñ𝗼, 𝗝𝗝𝗖 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼, 𝗕𝗨𝗖𝗦𝗦𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗦𝗝𝗖𝗖 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, mission sponsors, and 𝟭𝟱𝟬+ 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲, presents the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 for its first outreach mission.

“Kasama ang Bata: Mayon Psychosocial Support for Children in Evacuation Centers” successfully served 100+ children from Malilipot and Tabaco, Albay last February 7, 2026 through the delivery of Psychological First Aid (PFA), structured psychosocial activities, and essential support interventions.

This report provides a clear and itemized account of resources mobilized, assistance delivered, and outputs generated during the conduct of the mission to ensure accountability, integrity, and responsible stewardship of all contributions.

All mission partners are hereby requested to submit the required documents for the issuance of Partnership Certificates within the prescribed timeframe.

𝗨𝗡𝗬𝗔 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, together with 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗾𝘂𝗲ñ𝗼, 𝗝𝗝𝗖 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼, 𝗕𝗨𝗖𝗦𝗦𝗣 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗦𝗝𝗖𝗖 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀, and 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱𝟬+ 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindano, successfully conducted its first outreach mission under Project Lakaran; "𝗞𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮: 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.” serving 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 from 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗼𝘁 and 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼, Albay.

The activity delivered expert Psychological First Aid (PFA) and psychosocial activities, complemented by interactive games, distribution of personal hygiene kits, handwashing and toothbrushing demonstrations, and the provision of coloring booklets and art materials for the children we served.

Being a student leader is not just about holding a position—it is about serving others, making a difference, and inspiring positive change. This training aims to equip you with the foundations, skills, and mindset needed to succeed and to serve your fellow students effectively.

MAWRAG – Hindi lang pangalan, kundi isang pangako sa serbisyong tapat at makatarungan:

M – Maasahan: Laging andiyan, sa mga oras ng pangangailangan.
A – Aktibo: Hindi matitinag, laging may aksyon.
W – Walang Inuurungan: Hindi natatakot magsalita at magtanggol ng tama.
R – Responsable: Laging may pananagutan sa mga desisyon at aksyon.
A – Agarang Kikilos: Walang palampasin na pagkakataon, agad kikilos para sa kabutihan ng nakararami.
G – Gawa, Hindi Lang Salita: Hindi puro pangako, kundi konkretong aksyon at resulta.
