Announcement: Please Read.

Schedule of Enrollment for A.Y 2023-2024, 2nd Semester.

Enrollment Procedure are as follows:

Step 1: Release of WHITE FORM (table 1)
Step 2: Copy the Schedule (the schedule in every course and year will be posted at OCC Covered Court stage)
Step 3: Assessment of Fees and Units
Step 4: Release of COR
Step 5: Signing of COR and Submission of White Form (Registrar's Office)
Step 6: Data Collection of Students (Registrar's Office)
Step 7: Submission of Deans' Copy (Admins' Office)
Step 8: Submission of Finance Copy.

Note: 1. Proper hair cut for boys.
2. Proper clothing for boys and girls (croptop, shorts, slippers etc, are not allowed)
3. Bring you own ballpen.

Reminder: Schedule of evaluation for incoming transferee and balik aral, shifter and irregular students will be on DECEMBER 18-19, 2023 at the Office of the Registrar, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only. This schedule is not subject to changes.

Block B - Tuesday (October 24, 2023)
Block C - Wednesday (October 25, 2023)
Block D. - Thursday (October 26, 2023)
Block E - Friday (October 27, 2023)

Kindly follow your respective schedules and be at the College Registrar's Office from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

1. Enrollment Form/White Form (2nd Sem, AY 2022-2023)
2. School I.D/Any valid I.D
3. Original Certificate of Residency (For New Grantees highlighted names)
4. Brown Long Envelope

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION IS UNTIL OCTOBER 5, 2023, THURSDAY at the Office of the College Registrar. Failure to submit means that the student concern is waiving his/her slot.

Please be guided accordingly.

To those 4th year students that was not able to attend to their respective schedule of evaluation, please be informed that there will be another schedule.

September 13 to 14, 2023. 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Kindly bring your WHITE FORM from 1st year to 4th year. CLASS CARDS (if available).

This will be the last schedule of evaluation. No more extensions.
