𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | UIS joins SDOIN’s Earth Day environmental efforts in celebration of SCIGAW Kalikasan Year 4.

The UIS non-teaching staff, headed by Mr. Joemark M. Colobong, UIS principal, led a campus clean-up drive and garden beautification activity today, 22 April 2026.

From 8:00 to 10:00 o’clock in the morning, the personnel actively swept the school vicinity, removed objects that may pose harm to individuals, and replanted greenery to give life to the campus environment. These activities also highlighted proper waste management practices and reinforced the importance of maintaining a safe, clean, and sustainable school community.

Cognizant of the SDOIN’s Key Initiative No. #7 known as: Community Immersion and Environmental Engagement, the activity reflects UIS’s commitment to environmental responsibility while fostering collective action among its personnel.

Her journey is not just a story of athletic success; it is a testament to resilience, discipline, and an unyielding belief that limitations are merely starting points for greatness.

Clarixell carved her path to qualification through sheer determination, excelling in 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁, 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗺 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝟭𝟯 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆, where precision, power, and focus are essential. UIS proudly marked a significant milestone as it held the BALLIGI 2026 Graduation, Moving-Up Ceremonies, and Recognition Rites, honoring the achievements and perseverance of its learners across all levels on March 30 at the Uguis People’s Center.
The event gathered graduates, completers, awardees, parents, faculty members, and school administrators in a meaningful event that emphasized not only academic success but also the values and character formation nurtured within the institution. The ceremony reflected the collective effort of the UIS community in shaping students into competent and value-driven individuals.
A highlight of the ceremony was the message of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Mr. Johnwell B. Corpuz, an alumnus of Batch 2013 and currently a Senior High School teacher, whose message inspired students to pursue their goals with determination and remain grounded in the values instilled by the institution. Drawing from his own journey, he encouraged learners to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and to strive for continuous self-improvement.
The ceremony also featured the recognition of outstanding students who excelled in academics, leadership, and co-curricular activities. Awards were conferred to learners whose consistent performance and commitment to excellence set them apart, inspiring others to strive for greater achievements.
As BALLIGI 2026 concluded, it stood as a celebration not only of achievements but also of journeys—marked by hard work, perseverance, and shared dreams. The event served as a reminder that every milestone reached is a stepping stone toward greater aspirations.
With hearts full of pride and hope, the Uguis Integrated School sends off its graduates and completers to continue their journey with confidence, purpose, and a strong sense of responsibility.
