Some messages hit differently.

This was one of them.

I read this testimonial a few times before moving on.

It reminded me why I started the GHL Apprenticeship Program in the first place.

When people start learning GHL, they're often excited... until they open the platform.

Suddenly there are pipelines, workflows, forms, calendars, opportunities, custom values, AI, integrations...

It's easy to feel overwhelmed.

That's why this line meant so much to me:

"It feels like having a mentor by your side, guiding you as you build a strong foundation in GHL."

That has always been my goal.

To create a place where beginners can learn without feeling lost.

A place where asking questions is encouraged.

A place where every lesson builds on the previous one until everything finally clicks.

Then I came across another part of the testimonial.

"Coach Vincent has a unique way of breaking down complex concepts, making GHL much easier and less intimidating than I ever imagined."

Reading that made me smile.

GHL is a powerful platform, but it doesn't have to feel overwhelming.

Once you understand the fundamentals, everything starts making sense.

That's the experience I want every apprentice to have.

Then I reached this part.

"Seeing how far he's come reminds me that if he could do it, we can too, with the right guidance, commitment, and willingness to learn."

That line gave me hope.

Every time someone realizes, "I can do this too," something changes.

They stop seeing GHL as an intimidating platform.

They stop doubting whether they're capable of learning a technical skill.

They begin believing that growth is possible, one lesson at a time.

That's what this apprenticeship is really about.

It's more than learning workflows, automations, or CRM.

It's about helping people build confidence.

Because confidence has a ripple effect.

A confident freelancer applies for bigger projects.

A confident builder solves problems they once avoided.

A confident person creates opportunities that weren't possible before.

Those small wins eventually become a different career... and sometimes, a different life.

I'm grateful for every apprentice who has trusted me with their learning journey.

And I'm hopeful for the people who are still on the fence.

The next testimonial could be yours.

If you've been curious about GHL...

If you've been wanting to add automation and CRM to your skill set...

If you're looking for a structured way to learn with guidance instead of figuring everything out on your own...

I'd love to welcome you to the next batch of the GHL Apprenticeship Program.

We'll build your foundation together.

One lesson at a time.

One workflow at a time.

One breakthrough at a time.

And if you know someone who would benefit from this program, please share this post with them.

Let's help more people build skills, grow their confidence, and create better opportunities for themselves.

One thing I've noticed...

People don't struggle with GoHighLevel because it's difficult.

They struggle because of how they learn it.

They consume a lot of content.

A YouTube tutorial today.

A Facebook tip tomorrow.

A free resource next week.

More information.

But very little implementation.

Eventually, they know where some of the buttons are.

But when it's time to build a CRM...
Create an automation...
Or connect an entire customer journey...

They don't know where to begin.

Knowledge is important.

But systems are built through guided implementation.

That's why I created the *GHL Apprenticeship Program*.

Not to teach every feature inside GoHighLevel...

But to help you understand how everything works together--from CRM and Pipelines to Forms, Workflows, AI Studio, and Integrations.

Because once you understand the system...

The features start making sense.

I'm happy to share that *Batch 3 is now open.*

If you've been following my GHL content and have been thinking,

"One day I'll learn GoHighLevel..."

Maybe this is your sign to stop collecting tutorials...
..and start building.

πŸ“… Batch 3 starts: August 22, 2026 (Saturday)
πŸ• Time: 1:00 PM onwards

If you know someone who would genuinely benefit from this program, I'd appreciate it if you shared this post with them.

One share could open a new opportunity, a new career, or a new direction for someone.

Let's build more GHL Builders.

Let's help change lives.

I'll put the enrollment link in the comments.

A few weeks ago...

Some of them didn't even know what GoHighLevel was.

Some were afraid to click the wrong button.

Some kept saying...

"Ser, beginner lang po ako."

Today...

I'm reading posts like these.

"8 hours pala in the making... complete beginner hehe."

"From complete beginner... here's my very first GHL project."

"Everything came together... product setup, landing pages, checkout, workflows, email confirmations."

And the best part?

These aren't just practice exercises.

They're building...

βœ… Sales Pages
βœ… Checkout Pages
βœ… Thank You Pages
βœ… Email Automations
βœ… Complete Funnels
βœ… Real Projects they're proud to share publicly.

That's the transformation.

Not from beginner...

to expert.

But from...

"I don't know if I can do this."

to...

"Here's what I built."

As a teacher...

Nothing beats that feeling.

Years ago, I taught Senior High School students.

Today, I get to teach GoHighLevel builders.

Different classroom.

Same mission.

To help people believe they're capable of building something they once thought was impossible.

This is why our Apprenticeship is built around one principle:

Learning by Doing.

Less watching.

More building.

Because confidence doesn't come from finishing another tutorial.

It comes from publishing your first project.

Seeing your first automation work.

And finally saying...

"Ako pala gumawa nito."

If you're a complete beginner...

Good.

Most of the people in these screenshots were too.

The next transformation story could be yours.

Enrollment for the next GHL Apprenticeship is now open.

Maybe this is why I love teaching tech so much.
Because before I was building automations...
I was building students.
A few years ago, I was a Senior High School teacher.
I was part of the very first batch of SHS teachers, handling TVL-ICT, teaching Visual Graphic Design NC III.
Yes...
I used to teach Photoshop.
And if you've ever tried teaching software, you know it's not easy.
You can't just show the final output.
You have to teach every click.
Every button.
Every menu.
Step by step.
As if you're explaining it to a 5-year-old.
It takes patience.
Some students learn in minutes.
Some need to repeat the same lesson several times.
But you keep showing up.
Because you know one day...
Everything will finally click.
Today, I'm no longer teaching Photoshop.
I'm teaching GoHighLevel.
Funnels.
Automations.
APIs.
Webhooks.
CRM systems.
And surprisingly...
The feeling is exactly the same.
Seeing someone who started with zero knowledge build their first working automation.
Watching them launch a complete sales funnel.
Connecting different software using APIs and webhooks.
Seeing them say...
"Ser Enteng, it works!"
That feeling never gets old.
Batch 1 has officially finished.
And looking at what they've built...
Every late night.
Every live session.
Every question answered.
Every troubleshooting call.
It was all worth it.
I realized something.
I don't just enjoy building systems.
I enjoy building builders.
Because their achievements somehow become my achievements too.
And that's one of the most fulfilling feelings I've ever experienced.
Batch 2 starts this Saturday, July 18, at 1:00 PM.
If you've been wanting to stop watching tutorials and start building real systems...
This might be your sign.

I Didn't Get This GHL Automation Project by Pitching.
I Got It by Telling a Story.

A few days ago, I shared a story about how John was speaking live on stage at a business event while, at the exact same time, an automated webinar was running online.

The interesting part?

That automated webinar was intentionally built to simulate a live webinar experience.

To the audience, it felt like everything was happening in real time.

But behind the scenes, it was powered by systems and automation.

If you haven't read that post yet, here's the link: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/14YTxh5cUCA/

After reading it, someone reached out to me.

She asked,
"Can we build something similar for our company for lead generation?"

Of course, I said yes.

Not because I know everything.

But because I've already built it before.

I've gone through the messy part.

The testing.
The troubleshooting.
The late nights.
The small adjustments until everything worked together.

So instead of guessing...

I already know the structure.

We had an online meeting with her team.

We discussed what needs to happen,
who will handle what,
where we'll communicate,
the strategy,
the deliverables,
the timeline,
and finally,
the investment.

I even included guidance on building their webinar funnel.

Because I've learned something:

When you're already in a position to help,
adding more value almost always comes back to you.

By the end of the day...

She asked for the project quotation.

And I sent it.

Why am I sharing this?

Because this is exactly what happens when you stop consuming and start building.

The first time you build a system,
you gain experience.

The second time,
you gain confidence.

The third time,
people start looking for you to build the same thing for them.

I've experienced this over and over again.

One project leads to another.

Not because I'm the best.

But because I documented what I built and shared the story behind it.

That's exactly why I created GHL Builders Lab.

It's not just about learning GoHighLevel.

It's about learning how to build real systems that solve real business problems.

Because one good system can become an opportunity you never expected.

Earlier, I received another inquiry about the ticketing system I built.

Funny enough...

I only posted the case study a couple of days ago.

If you haven't read that story yet, you can read it here first:
Pt 1: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Csyf2pYqJ/
Pt 2: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Cn1HHkWFp/

That's it.

No ads.

No aggressive selling.

Just sharing what I built.

And yet inquiries started coming in.

Messages.

Questions.

Potential projects.

Potential collaborations.

Potential opportunities.

That's when I was reminded of something.

There's demand.

More demand than most people realize.

The problem is not that opportunities don't exist.

The problem is that most of us haven't built anything for those opportunities to find.

Once you build something valuable...

People can see it.

People can experience it.

People can imagine using it in their own business.

And that's exactly what's happening.

The ticketing system was originally built for TribeX 2025.

Today, people are asking if it can be used for their events.

Their conferences.

Their workshops.

Their communities.

Their organizations.

And the answer is yes.

Because once you build something once...

You can replicate it as many times as you want.

Customize.

Improve.

Deploy.

Repeat.

This isn't just an ordinary system build.

It's an asset.

An asset that can create opportunities long after the original project is finished.

A few months ago, I thought I was simply building a ticketing system.

Today, I realize I was building something bigger.

I was building proof.

Proof that I can solve a problem.

Proof that the solution works.

Proof that other organizations can use it too.

And that's where the real opportunity begins.

Most people think opportunities appear after they become ready.

I don't think that's how it works.

Opportunities become visible after you build something.

A few months ago, I couldn't even see these opportunities.

Not because they didn't exist.

But because I hadn't built the thing that would allow me to see
them.

The inquiries were always there.

The market was always there.

The need was always there.

My awareness simply changed.

And that's what building does.

It expands your horizon.

You stop seeing one possible client.

You start seeing ten.

You stop seeing one possible service.

You start seeing an entire category of solutions.

You stop seeing one project.

You start seeing a system that can be deployed again and again.

Limitless possibilities.

Not because the world suddenly changed.

But because your perspective changed.

That's why I'm excited about the Builder's Lab.

Not because we're going to learn another feature.

Not because we're going to collect more certificates.

But because we're going to build.

And when you build something real...

You start seeing opportunities that were invisible before.

The goal isn't to learn more.

The goal is to create something that makes the market say:

"Can you build that for us too?"

Because that's when learning turns into leverage.

And leverage creates opportunities.

P.S. If you're interested in the Builder's Lab Program, the link is in the comment section.

P.P.S. And here's the interesting part: minutes after posting this, another opportunity appeared. Sometimes, showing your work really does open doors.

11/06/2026

I probably shouldn't be giving this away for free... but here we are.

After weeks of building, debugging, testing, and documenting, I turned the entire project into a 30-page case study.

And today, I'm opening it up for everyone to see.

Because yesterday, I shared how building one real system changed my confidence.

If you haven't read that story yet, you can read it here first:
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Csyf2pYqJ/

Today, I want to show you what that confidence actually built.

Not just screenshots.

Not just diagrams.

Not just another "look what I made" post.
I'm talking about the complete 30-page case study of the ticketing system I built for TribeX 2025.

A system designed for a real event with more than 1,000 attendees.

Inside the case study, you'll see everything.

The problem we faced.

The mindset behind every decision.

The architecture.

The automation flow.

The process of turning a messy manual registration into a fully automated event experience.

This wasn't a typical GoHighLevel build.
It included:
βœ… Automatic QR Code ticket generation and delivery via email
βœ… Confirmation emails and reminder email sequences
βœ… QR code scanning during the event
βœ… Detection if a ticket has already been used
βœ… SMS reminders before the event
βœ… SMS confirmation after successful check-in
βœ… Walk-in purchase suppor
βœ… Different access levels for Team, Regular, Speaker, and VIP attendees
βœ… Airtable database that properly segments every buyer, bundle holder, and ticket type
βœ… Real-time attendee tracking
βœ… Event analytics showing attendance count, show-up rate, and other valuable insights

The best part?

It wasn't built because I wanted to create a "cool automation."

It was built because a real organization had a real problem that needed a real solution.

And that's where true learning happens.

Not by watching another YouTube video.

But by solving actual business problems.

What's even more exciting is this.

I built this system once.

Today, the same framework is being adapted for another event abroad.

500+ expected participants.

Multiple tickets under one buyer.

Integrated payment processing.

Customized workflows.

Different event.

Same foundation.

I don't start from zero anymore.

I duplicate what I've already built.

I customize it based on what the organization needs.

Then I deploy.

One hard work.

One sleepless night.

One massive effort.

Then I repeat.

And every repetition creates another opportunity.

Another client.

Another implementation.

Another income stream.

That's the power of building systems.

You create once.

You improve over time.

You deploy over and over again.

I could easily charge for this 30-page case study.

It contains the planning, the mindset, the architecture, the workflow, and the lessons I learned while building the entire system.

But I decided to give it away for free.

Because I hope it inspires someone to stop consuming and finally start building.

If you're interested in seeing the complete case study, head over to the link in the comments.

Enter your email address, and I'll send it straight to your inbox.

Maybe this isn't just a case study.

11/06/2026

This is probably the first time I'm publicly sharing this.

How I got started building systems in GoHighLevel.

A lot of people think you need the perfect opportunity before you can build something amazing.

I don't think so anymore.

I didn't wait for the right opportunity.

I created the opportunity.

Months ago, I was given the chance to build the ticketing system for TribeX 2025.

More than 1,000 attendees.

QR code tickets.

Automated confirmations.

Real-time attendee database.

Ticket transfers.

Reminder sequences.

Mobile QR scanning for check-in.

A complete automation ecosystem built using GoHighLevel, Airtable, n8n, and BuildShip.

Everything worked together so the event team didn't have to manually verify hundreds of attendees or deal with long registration lines.

Was it perfect on day one?

Not even close.

There were bugs.

There were late nights.

There were moments I questioned if I could even pull it off.

But that's exactly where confidence comes from.

Not from watching another YouTube tutorial.

Not from saving another course for "later."

Confidence comes from building something that real people actually use.

From solving real problems.

From troubleshooting when things break.

From finding a way when there isn't one.

Looking back, that project changed the way I see myself.
It wasn't just a ticketing system.

It became proof that I can build systems that businesses actually need.

And that's the reason I created GHL Builders Lab.

Not to teach theory.

But to build real automations together.

The kinds of systems your future clients will actually pay for.

Funnels.

CRMs.

Appointment systems.

Memberships.

Ticketing systems.

Lead routing.

Client onboarding.

Internal automations.

Because once you've built something with your own hands, your confidence changes.

You stop saying,
"I hope I can do it."

And you start saying,
"I've built this before."

If you can build...
you can offer.

If you can troubleshoot...
you can solve business problems.

And if you can solve business problems...

People will gladly pay for your solutions.

Sometimes the opportunity you're waiting for doesn't exist yet.

Sometimes you have to build it first.
