Cassandra, 11 years old at the time of this recording, joined us in 2024 and has already performed in two recitals. With an impressive repertoire including The Entertainer and Rondo Alla Turca, she continues to shine in her lessons and performances. Recently, she won Gold in an online music competition in China. Here is her live performance of Doctor Gradus ad Parnassum from our 2025 Recital, the piece that earned her this honor. 💕

Notes:
1. Students should come to lesson on time and regularly with all required materials and equipment.
2. Please be on time. Teacher will be starting and ending lessons on the scheduled time. Be considerate of other students leaving or arriving for their classes. If previous student is still in lesson, please wait until he/she has been dismissed. Late students will not be given extra time beyond their schedules.
3. We will only allow a student to reschedule twice for 12-session term, or 4 times for 24-session term, if they miss a lesson for any reason. After the two/four make up lessons, any missed lessons are forfeited along with the fee.
4. We need to be notified at least 24 hours prior to lessons if you will not be attending. No advanced notification or late notification, lesson forfeited along with the fee. We are afraid of people missing lessons on a regular basis, assuming they can just reschedule when it is more convenient. Our time is just as precious as anyone’s time.
5. Acceptable reasons for absence: serious illness (chicken pox, measles etc.) medical/dental appointment, death in the family (immediate family).
6. Inclement weather condition: Class suspension will be based on the teacher's/studio’s decision.
7. No one to bring the student to the school as excuse is considered absent. Teachers are paid accordingly.
8. Teachers and parents will be responsible in developing a plan or timetable for missed lessons. The teacher and studio will make an effort to accommodate a makeup class depending on teacher's availability.
9. Failure to attend scheduled makeup lessons will result in immediate forfeiture of that lesson and teacher is paid accordingly.
10. Makeup class is required for the students who are absent (with valid reason) and should be taken within the time period of their enrolment. Non-compliance with the planned schedules will result to cancellation of sessions.
11. Make up class would be based on the teacher’s available schedule.
12. All lessons and make-up lessons must be completed within the enrolled period. If the make-up class was not met on the end date of your enrolled package, automatically it would be paid to the teachers assigned. We cannot continue to extend outside the enrolled period to finish the set of lessons as teachers are paid per session. If teachers lose a lot of lessons during the month, they are not earning that much. Please be informed that teachers are spending money on transportation, food and other expenses. Parents/Students, please do your best to come to lessons regularly.
13. Frequent absences from lessons will impede progress and would result in a student's lesson forfeited
14. If your family is taking vacation and will be away for a given week, we can work that out if you would just let us know ahead of time.
