Recently, as the school year came to a close, Senior High School Teacher ๐‘บ๐’Š๐’“ ๐‘น๐’๐’˜๐’†๐’ ๐‘ด๐’Š๐’๐’๐’, together with selected ๐‘ฉ๐‘บ๐‘ท ๐’Ž๐’†๐’Ž๐’ƒ๐’†๐’“๐’” from Julian B. Sumbillo High School, had the opportunity to participate in the ๐—”๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฎ-๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ held in the scenic landscapes of Botolan, Zambales.

With nearly 25,000 participants and 18 delegates from 18 countries, including the Philippines, the jamboree became a meaningful platform for cultural exchange, leadership development, and international friendship.

Yesterday marked the Day 3 and culmination of the In-Service Training (INSET) for Julian B. Sumbillo High School teachersโ€”a day filled with valuable insights, innovation, and collaboration ๐Ÿ“˜๐Ÿค.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿซ ๐‘บ๐’Š๐’“ ๐‘ต๐’Š๐’Œ๐’Œ๐’ ๐‘บ๐’•๐’‚. ๐‘ฑ๐’–๐’‚๐’๐’‚ led a school-based training on the alignment of classroom assessment with national assessment, highlighting its importance in strengthening instruction and preparing learners to meet national standards. His discussion, based on his seminar, reminded us of the vital role aligned assessments play in quality teaching and learning ๐Ÿ“Šโœ๏ธ.

๐Ÿค–๐Ÿ’ป We also took part in an engaging workshop on the use of Artificial Intelligence and the utilization of MS Teams to enhance Junior High School English speaking and reading competencies, facilitated by ๐‘ด๐’‚โ€™๐’‚๐’Ž ๐‘ฑ๐’–๐’๐’†๐’ƒ๐’š ๐‘น๐’†๐’š๐’†๐’”. Day 2 of our In-Service Training became an unforgettable and deeply meaningful journey as the teachers of Julian B.
