Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be suspended in the National Capital Region and the following provinces at 1:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026, in anticipation of the further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) by the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR):

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 ng Tanggapan ng Pangulo, ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Norzagaray, Bulacan ay magpapatupad ng mga kaukulang hakbang sa Huwebes, Agosto 20, 2026, bunsod ng inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

🏫 Para sa mga mag-aaral: Ipinatutupad ang alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures para sa mga klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Norzagaray, alinsunod sa mga umiiral na panuntunan at sa mga magiging abiso ng kani-kanilang paaralan.

🏛️ Para naman sa mga kawani ng Pamahalaang Bayan, ipatutupad ang alternative work arrangements, habang magpapatuloy ang operasyon ng mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na manatiling alerto, mag-ingat, at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng Pamahalaang Bayan at ng inyong mga paaralan.

Kaligtasan at kapakanan ng bawat Grayeño ang ating pangunahing prayoridad.
