Empowering the youth and strengthening families 💙 The back-to-back Municipal-wide (BKD) Life Skills Training and Systematic Training on Effective Parenting (STEP) was successfully conducted with the theme “Healthy Homes, Healthy Youth: Life Skills and Parenting for a Brighter Tomorrow.” The activity focused on expanding students’ awareness of drugs, self-understanding, and responsible life choices, while promoting positive and effective parenting.

The school extends its sincere gratitude to Hon. Mayor Clemente B. Fedoc for funding and fully supporting the activity, To the ever supportive principal Sir Julianito A. Batoy and Mary Cris L. Dela Cruz-MADAC Focal Person, for their commitment to youth development and community welfare.

We also thank to STEP and BKD resource speakers PSSg Mark Oliver D. Dela Cruz and PSSg Raquel V. Francisco of the PNP for their valuable guidance, Lilibeth F. On November 24, 2025, Norala National High School proudly hosted DAPC 2025, a full-day celebration that brought together students from various public and private schools across the Municipality of Norala for a meaningful showcase of talent, creativity, and collaboration.

Throughout the event, participants engaged in a diverse lineup of activities, including the Hip-Hop Dance Competition, Theme Making, Poster Making, Comical Skit, and Photography Competition—each highlighting the dedication, teamwork, and artistic abilities of our learners.

The success of DAPC 2025 was made possible through the collective effort of all participating schools, students, coaches, teachers, and supporters who contributed to a smooth, organized, and impactful celebration.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every school and participant whose commitment, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm ensured the success of this year’s DAPC. Your presence and active participation made the event meaningful, productive, and truly inspiring.
