‎𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The 𝗔𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 proudly recognizes the Ceremonial Donning of Rank for Criminology Interns, held on September 18, 2026, at the ASU–New Washington Athletic Field.

‎The ceremony marks a meaningful milestone for the Criminology Interns as they assume their respective ranks and greater responsibilities. Each rank serves as a reminder of the discipline, leadership, accountability, and commitment to service expected of them as future Criminologists and public servants.

‎𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗔𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧 , New Washington, Aklan, conducted its 3𝙍𝘿 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 on 19 SEPTEMBER 2026.
‎
‎ OOA 0700H 19 September 2026, 2LT JUNETO C SOBERANO PA (Res), Tactical Officer, ASU-NW ROTC Unit, under the supervision of 601CDC, 6RCDG, RCPA, conducted its 3rd Regular Instruction held at Aklan State University - New Washington Campus, Brgy. Poblacion, New Washington, Aklan.
‎
‎The activity started with 214 cadets and cadettes. They proceeded to the formation, followed by ranks inspection and CIVAC to check their proper bearing, attendance, and discipline.
‎
‎After the CIVAC, the cadets proceeded to the field for the practice of marching without arms, focusing on basic drills and proper ex*****on of commands to enhance their discipline and coordination.
‎
‎By 0900H, the cadets underwent classroom instruction under the supervision of 2𝙇𝙏 𝙅𝙐𝙉𝙀𝙏𝙊 𝘾 𝙎𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙊 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨) , together with CDT CHRISTOPHER INGALLA 2CL and CDT JOMER GARCIA 2CL. They discussed the topic on AFP Customs and Traditions, which aims to instill among the cadets the importance of military customs, respect, and discipline as future leaders.
‎
‎While the classroom instruction was ongoing, the Aspirant Cadet Officers proceeded to the Board of Deliberation headed by 2LT JUNETO C. SOBERANO PA (Res), together with 𝙈𝙨𝙜 𝘾𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙧 𝙋 𝙂𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨) and 𝙋𝙛𝙘 𝘼𝙡𝙫𝙞𝙣 𝙅𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙤 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨). The said deliberation was successfully conducted in an orderly manner without any conflicts.
‎
‎By 1130H, the classroom instruction was concluded. The cadets were again formed for the checking of attendance and for final instructions before the activity was properly dismissed.

‎The entire activity ended successfully with no untoward incident.

‎𝙊𝙊𝘼 0700H, the Aklan State University - New Washington ROTC Unit, under the supervision of the 601st Community Defense Center, conducted its 2nd Regular Instruction held at 𝘼𝙠𝙡𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮-𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙒𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨, Brgy. Poblacion, New Washington, Aklan, with 2𝙇𝙏 𝙅𝙐𝙉𝙀𝙏𝙊 𝘾 𝙎𝙊𝘽𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙊 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙀𝙎), Tactical Officer, ASU ROTC Unit.

‎The activity began with the total strength of 263 Cadets and Cadettes then proceeds formation at the designated area, followed by polishing the surroundings. Afterward, the cadets proceeded to the ex*****on of Soldier Without Arms, performing basic facing movements, proper bearing, and correct procedures in reporting to superiors to instill discipline and uniformity, under the guidance of 𝙋𝙛𝙘 𝘼𝙞𝙧𝙖 𝘼𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙡 𝙀 𝙏𝙞𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨) and 𝙋𝙛𝙘 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙣 𝙆𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙔 𝙂𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙮 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨).

‎At 0900H, the first period of instruction was facilitated by 𝙈𝙨𝙜 𝘾𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙧 𝙋 𝙂𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝙋𝘼 (𝙍𝙚𝙨) and CDT/CPT JANICA MARY PEARL IGUIZ 1CL, who discussed Military Discipline and Courtesy, emphasizing proper bearing, respect for superiors, and appropriate conduct expected from cadets.

‎Thereafter, CDT/2LT MARK LAWRENCE AMBITO 2CL and CDT/2LT DANIELLA JANE MATUTINA 2CL, under the guidance of 2LT JUNETO C SOBERANO PA (Res), handled the second subject on Standard Conduct of a Soldier, elaborating on its essential components, core values, and qualities that define a soldier.

‎The instruction concluded at 1120H with checking of attendance and proper dismissal of cadets.
‎
‎1300H on the same day, under the supervision of 2LT JUNETO C SOBERANO PA (Res), Tactical Officer, ASU ROTC Unit, all applicants for Cadet Officers/Aspirants formed at the designated area for the conduct of written and physical qualifying examinations.
‎
‎The activity started with a brief orientation facilitated by CDT/2LT MARK LAWRENCE AMBITO 2CL regarding the guidelines and procedures for the physical fitness test and written examination. After the orientation, the applicants proceeded to the actual conduct of the physical fitness test followed by the written examination.
‎
‎The physical fitness test and written examinations were facilitated by 2LT JUNETO C SOBERANO PA (Res) and all 1CL advance ROTC officers of ASU-New Washington ROTC Unit.
‎
‎The activity successfully concluded at 1530H with checking of attendance of cadets and cadettes and proper dismissal.

‎𝗢𝗢𝗔 0700H 05 September 2026, 2LT JUNETO C SOBERANO PA (Res), Tactical Officer, ASU-NW ROTC Unit, under the supervision of 601st CDC, 6th RCDG, RCPA, conducted its 1st 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 held at 𝗔𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, Brgy. Poblacion, New Washington, Aklan.

‎The activity started with a total strength of 268 cadets and cadettes. It was followed by the formation of troops at the designated area, after which they proceeded to polishing the area.
‎
‎Thereafter, 2LT JUNETO C SOBERANO PA (Res), together with Msg Cesar P Gellangcanao PA (Res), conducted the organization of the basic structure of the battalion, from company down to platoon, including the Band and Lyre Corps and the Medic Platoon, as well as the proper ex*****on of basic reporting and the fundamentals of basic drills without arms.
‎
‎Meanwhile, at about 0920H, Sgt Ronel Isturis PA (Res) tackled the Code of Citizenship. He emphasized the duties and responsibilities of every Filipino citizen, promoting love, loyalty, and dedication to the country and its national interests, and instilling the values of patriotism and nationalism among the cadets.
‎
‎Said activity ended at about 1120H on the same day, after the final checking of attendance.
