JULY 20-22, 2026- BROWSING AND CHECKING OF MEDICAL AND LABORATORY RESULTS. SUBMIT YOUR RECORDS AT THE ASU-NW CLINIC.

JULY 23, 2026- MEDICAL EXAMINATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY PHYSICIAN AT THE ASU-NW CLINIC.

This schedule is for ALL PROGRAMS, so First Come, First Served Basis will be applied. Please be guided accordingly.

All successful applicants from the 2nd Batch of passers are requested to visit the ASU–New Washington Campus Clinic to secure their Medical Laboratory Request for the Hepatitis B test, which is one of the major medical requirements for admission to the program.

⚠️ Reminder:

ATTENTION!

Please be informed that the Special University Admission Test (UAT) will be conducted on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Aklan State University – New Washington Campus Computer Laboratory.

All concerned applicants are hereby advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam. Kindly refer to the attached list of qualified applicants for the Special UAT.

Please bring the following:

1. Any valid ID
2. An original copy or photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card / TOR (for transferees)
3. Snacks and a ballpen
