News literacy is the ability to engage critically with news and information, as well as properly analyzing and verifying what is fact from fake. It is our weapon against fake news. As we face this pandemic, we see constant outrage that makes our situation worse. It clouds our feed and not only misinforms, but could “clog” the channels of information, and make actual news harder to find. As a good source of practice, you can start now! Don’t take our word for it, look for the facts on this case yourself and see if it aligns with our storyboard.
