Seven years ago, on April 8, 2019, UpGrade Tutorial Center began with only five learners and one simple dream, to help every child learn, grow, and believe in themselves. We started small, with big hopes in our hearts and a deep desire to make a difference. Today, as we celebrate our 7th year, we look back with so much gratitude and joy. What once began as a humble beginning has now become a learning home for hundreds, almost thousands, of learners who trusted us to be part of their journey.
Over the years, we have witnessed so many beautiful moments. We have seen children write their first letters, read their first words, and slowly gain confidence in themselves. We have guided learners through their school struggles, helped them prepare for exams, and supported college students as they worked hard for their dreams. Every learner who walked through our doors brought a story, and it has always been our privilege to walk beside them, encourage them, and celebrate their progress, no matter how big or or small.
Our journey was not always easy. There were times when we had to move from one place to another and start again. There were challenges that tested our strength and patience. But in those moments, we were reminded of our purpose. Because of the trust of our parents, the dedication of our learners, and the support of everyone around us, we kept going. Those challenges helped shape who we are today, stronger, more committed, and more passionate about what we do.
One of the most meaningful parts of our journey has been working with children with special needs. They have taught us lessons that no book can ever teach. Through them, we learned patience, understanding, and unconditional love. Every small step they take is a big achievement, and every smile, every progress, fills our hearts with so much pride and joy. They continue to inspire us to do better and to give more of ourselves each day.
We are also grateful for the growth of UpGrade Scholastic Academy now on its fourth year. It has allowed us to guide even younger learners, giving them a strong and joyful start in their education. Seeing these little ones learn, play, and grow with confidence reminds us that we are building not just good students, but kind and capable individuals for the future.
To all our learners, parents, and everyone who has been part of our journey, thank you for trusting us and believing in us. Your support, love, and encouragement mean everything to us. You are the heart of UpGrade, and everything we do is because of you.
Above all, we thank God for His constant guidance, strength, and blessings throughout these seven wonderful years. He has carried us through every challenge and celebrated with us in every success.
Seven years later, our mission remains the same, and our hearts are still full of hope and purpose. We will continue to teach, guide, and inspire, one learner at a time. Thank you for growing with us. The journey continues, and we are so happy to have you with us every step of the way.
