For New Student please refer your Department posting of qualified applicants
If there are transferee from other school please bring the School Records as ststed in the posted requirements posted by the Admission FB Page.

For Old Students, be sure to bring the cleared Clearance from previous semester and other lacking docs

For the Returnees please see first in our Office for your evaluation of grades and follow your Enrollment Schedule and Process.

For those who wanted to shift or advise to shift to other Program, please see first the Guidance Coor. After your transaction in the Guidance Office, please secure the Shifting Form and follow your Schedule of Enrollment and Process.
