Project ISPARKEL (Igniting and Strengthening the Passion Among Receiving Teachers in Educating Learners with Disabilities), Year 5 was successfully held last November 19–20, 2025 at Kapitbahayan Elementary School Special Education Center.

This project continues to strengthen the commitment, skills, and passion of our receiving teachers as they support and uplift learners with disabilities. Together, we spark change, one teacher, one learner at a time. 💛
