📢 **BAG INSPECTION GUIDELINES IMPLEMENTATION** 🎒🔍

In compliance with **DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026**, Bagumbayan Elementary School is committed to ensuring a **safe, secure, and motivating learning environment** for all learners, personnel, and visitors.

As part of our school safety measures, all bags may be subject to routine inspection upon entry to the school premises. Inspections shall be conducted only by authorized personnel using **non-contact methods** and with full respect for the rights, dignity, and privacy of every learner.

📢 DRRM CORNER: KALIGTASAN AT KAHANDAAN SA PAARALAN! 🏫🎒

Mga Batang Emergency Response Team (BERT), Red Cross Youth, at kapwa ko mag-aaral! Ang ligtas na paaralan ay nagsisimula sa ating kaalaman at kahandaan.

Narito ang ating gabay para sa bawat sitwasyon upang masig**ong ligtas ang ating komunidad:

🔹 Earthquake Drill: Laging tandaan ang Duck, Cover, and Hold!

🔹 Typhoon Preparedness: Alamin ang mga dapat gawin bago at habang may bagyo. Kaligtasan ang unahin!

🔹 Flood Safety Tips: Iwanan ang baha, iwas panganib!

🔹 Mandatory Bag Checking: Pakikipagtulungan para sa kaligtasan ng lahat. Security is everybody's responsibility.

🔹 Fire Safety Reminders: Maging alerto laban sa sunog. Tandaan ang Stop, Drop, and Roll!

Makilahok sa **Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)** sa **Hunyo 18, 2026, ganap na ika-9:00 ng umaga.**

Ang layunin ng gawaing ito ay upang mapalakas ang kahandaan ng bawat mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani sa oras ng lindol at iba pang sakuna.

✅ Tandaan ang tamang hakbang sa panahon ng lindol:

🦆 **DUCK** – Yumuko agad upang maiwasan ang pagkahulog o pagkakatama ng mga bagay.
🛡️ **COVER** – Magtago sa ilalim ng matibay na mesa o anumang ligtas na masisilungan.
🤝 **HOLD** – Kumapit nang mahigpit hanggang sa tumigil ang pagyanig.

⚠️ Ang kaligtasan ay nagsisimula sa kahandaan. Makilahok at makiisa sa ating earthquake drill upang maging handa sa anumang sakuna.

BREAKING: EL NIÑO, NAGSIMULA NA! POSIBLENG TUMAGAL HANGGANG MAAGANG BAHAGI NG 2027! 🌡️
Ayon sa DOST-PAGASA, opisyal nang umiiral ang El Niño sa tropical Pacific matapos maabot ng relative sea surface temperature anomaly (rSSTA) ang +0.5°C threshold noong Mayo 2026.
Batay sa mga climate model, may higit sa 80% posibilidad na lalo pa itong lumakas at maging ganap na El Niño event, na maaaring magpatuloy hanggang sa unang bahagi ng 2027.
Karaniwang nagdudulot ang El Niño ng mas mababang pag-ulan sa malaking bahagi ng bansa, na maaaring humantong sa dry spells at tagtuyot sa ilang lugar. Gayunman, posible pa ring makaranas ng mas mataas sa normal na pag-ulan ang kanlurang bahagi ng Pilipinas sa panahon ng Habagat, lalo na kung mapapalakas ito ng mga bagyo.
Patuloy na mino-monitor ng PAGASA ang pag-unlad ng El Niño at ang mga posibleng epekto nito sa klima ng bansa. Pinapayuhan ang publiko at mga ahensya ng pamahalaan na magsagawa ng mga kinakailangang paghahanda laban sa mga posibleng epekto nito, kabilang ang tagtuyot, kakulangan sa tubig, pagbaha, at malalakas na pag-ulan.

Hello, Bagumbayan ES 🏫 Safety isn't just a practice—it’s a responsibility we all share. When it comes to earthquakes, being prepared today means keeping our young learners, teachers, and staff safe tomorrow! 🤝❤️

Take a moment to review these essential safety steps with your children before our upcoming drill:

🔹 DURING: When the Shaking Starts
DROP to the ground on your hands and knees.

COVER your head and neck under a sturdy table or desk.

HOLD ON to the table leg and stay away from windows and heavy objects.

🔸 AFTER: When the Shaking Stops
CHECK yourself and classmates for any injuries.

EVACUATE calmly and orderly to our designated school assembly point. (Remember, no running and no using elevators!)

STAY INFORMED by staying at the assembly point and waiting for instructions from your teachers.

🦺 HARD HAT SAFETY: Protect Your Head!
A proper fit saves lives. Let's make sure our students wear their hard hats correctly—adjust the fit, fasten the chin strap, and keep them on before, during, and after the drill.
