Tangos Elementary SchoolโI once again proved its excellence in campus journalism after securing multiple awards at the 2025 Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) held at Northbay Boulevard North Elementary School on December 4, 2025.
Representing the school during the awarding ceremony was Master Teacher Jocelyn D. Mora, who attended on behalf of School Principal Jasmin L. Senson, together with school paper advisers Maricar B. Villanueva and Peter Carlo DG. Sevilla.
This yearโs DSPC competitions were conducted on November 29 and December 1 at San Jose Academy, where all participating TES-I Campus Journalists showcased their writing and journalistic skills.

Tangos 1 Elementary School marked the end of the elementary education journey for Batch 2024โ2025 with a heartfelt graduation ceremony held today, April 14, 2025, 9 A.M. at TES-1 school grounds. The celebration, carrying the theme โHenerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas,โ was attended by 224 graduates, along with their proud parents, faculty, and staff.
The program opened with a processional march of the graduates alongside their parents, followed by the teachers and staff of TES-1.
The ceremony commenced with an invocation prayer led by Gayle Khriszea T. Faustino, With Honors, from Section Einstein. This was followed by the Philippine National Anthem by Mr. Leo P. Parado, the Navotas Hymn led by Mrs. Levy T. Dela Cruz, and the opening song Today My Life Begins conducted by Mr. Raymond Bautista.
Rashaun N. Dasmariรฑas led his fellow graduates in the recitation of the Oath of Loyalty. Faustino also received the JRT Leadership Award in recognition of her exemplary service as SELG President.
The presentation of candidates and confirmation of graduates were conducted by School Principal Mrs. Jasmin L. Senson and confirmed by OICโAssistant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Aldrin G. Corpin, who officially affirmed that all students had met the requirements for completion. The event was also graced by CID Chief Dr. Marco D. Meduranda, Education Program Supervisor in ESP Preciosa Cabinbin, and Public Schools District Supervisor Fresnedi Natividad.
Representatives from the City Government of Navotas, led by Congressman Tobias Reynald M. Tiangco and several city councilors, also attended the event and extended their heartfelt congratulations to the graduates.
It was a memorable day filled with pride and celebration, as the graduates took their first steps toward a brighter futureโtruly embodying the spirit of unity and hope for a Bagong Pilipinas.
The ceremony concluded with the singing of Panibagong Bukas led by Mrs. Jenelyn Rose DS. De Real. As the graduates sang:

Graduating class of Tangos 1 Elementary School gathered yesterday, April 4 at San Roque De Navotas Church for their Baccalaureate Mass, marking a spiritual send-off as they close their elementary journey.
The ceremony was attended by Grade 6 students from sections Einstein, Aristotle, Newton, Galilei, Socrates, and Copernicus, along with their advisers and subject teachers. Each class prepared a special offering for the mass, highlighting their gratitude and unity.
Gayle Khriszea Faustino led the Panalangin ng Bayan, offering heartfelt prayers for the graduating class and the entire school community.
The event served as a moment of reflection and thanksgiving for the students, as well as a time to celebrate their accomplishments and look forward to new beginnings in high school.
