ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Scholarship Alert ‼️

𝐌𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐀𝐊 𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐒𝐊𝐎-𝐏

Mas pinalawak ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Bangkulasi ang kanilang SK Scholarship Program para sa susunod na academic year. Mula sa 50 scholars noong 2024 at noong 2025 na 60 scholars tataas ito ngayong taon sa 70 iskolar na makatatanggap ng tulong pinansyal mula sa SK.

Sa bagong bilang, 35 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴 15 at 20 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀. Layunin ng proyektong ito na tulungan ang mga kabataan ng Bangkulasi na patuloy na nagsusumikap para sa kanilang edukasyon.

Ito ay para sa edad 15 to 30 years old lamang.

Eto ang Google Form na inyong sasagutan. Ang aming iSKolar ay may limit lamang at mag cclose ito sa araw ng Webes ( 08-13-2026 ).
