๐Ÿ“ข Official Enrollment Procedure for Irregular Students (Term 1, AY 2026-2027)

Taking charge of your academic progression requires accuracy and adherence to protocol. For Term 1, AY 2026-2027, subject registration for irregular students is fully remote. Follow these steps precisely to secure your classes.

Strict Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be accommodated.

Step 1: Download the Subject Matrix Download the official file attached to this post (File: Available Subjects as of 08_19 12_00 pm.xlsx). This dataset contains all scheduled courses, sections, times, and real-time capacities.

Step 2: Update Your Prospectus Before selecting subjects, you must update your personal prospectus by entering your latest grades. The academic team will use this document to verify that you have passed all required prerequisites. You cannot proceed without this file.

Step 3: Select Valid Subjects
โ—Capacity Limit: Check the "Available Slot" column. You may only select subjects with slots greater than zero.
โ—Unit Limit: Calculate your total units. Your maximum allowable units are strictly determined by your specific curriculum and current year level. Overloading beyond your prescribed limit will result in rejected subjects.
โ—Schedule Conflict: Ensure there are zero overlaps in your chosen days and times.

In view of the advisories released relative to the inclement weather today, 19 August 2026, please note the following:
๐Ÿ”นRed Rainfall Warning issued by the National DRRMC for Metro Manila at 0805H, all NPC classes scheduled after 10:00 AM today are CANCELLED including all Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM).
๐Ÿ”นMemorandum Circular 129 issued by the Office of the President, no onsite enrollment transactions today in lieu of the alternative work arrangement.

Please also note that: (1) CANCELLED classes are subject to make-up sessions, (2) unenrolled students may attend classes as scheduled but must finish the enrollment process as soon as onsite enrollment resumes.

In accordance with the announcement of the City Government of Navotas, all afternoon (PM) in-person classes are cancelled today, 17 August 2026 (Monday), starting at 12:00 NN.

All PM classes shall shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) through online, asynchronous, or modular learning, as directed by the respective instructors.

Please also be informed that all afternoon enrollment transactions scheduled today are cancelled and will be rescheduled. The new enrollment schedule will be announced accordingly.
