The event unfolded in two significant parts. The first featured an empowering talk by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐀. 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 on “𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬,” where participants gained valuable insights on improving teaching practices and embracing innovation in education. This was followed by the much-awaited 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, recognizing the outstanding participants and winners of the Quiz Bee and EducPair Demo-Teaching Showcase.

The 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 became a moment of appreciation and reflection, honoring the hard work, dedication, and growth of every future educator who took part in the week-long celebration.

More than just an ending, Day 4 served as a reminder of the journey ahead, one that calls for passion, commitment, and excellence in shaping the minds of future learners.

Selected 𝟒𝐭𝐡-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟑𝐫𝐝-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 took the stage in separate 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, each presenting well-prepared lesson plans, innovative strategies, and engaging instructional materials. The seniors demonstrated their readiness to lead the classroom, while the juniors showcased their developing competence and potential as future educators.

The 𝟒𝐭𝐡-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 included 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳 from 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐁𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 from 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, and 𝐉𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠 and 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 from 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐝. Meanwhile, the 𝟑𝐫𝐝-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 were 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 from 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨, 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐝𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐞 from 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, and 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚 from 𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡, all of whom exhibited commendable effort and dedication in their respective teaching demonstrations.
