The 9th Filemon T. Lizan Senior High School Research Congress formally commenced with an inspiring Opening Message from Dr. June Grace Casaje-Pacunayen, setting the tone for a day devoted to academic excellence and meaningful inquiry.

This was followed by words of encouragement and leadership from our dear Principal, Mr. Benjamin C. Perez, reaffirming the school’s commitment to research, innovation, and student empowerment.

Gracing the plenary session, our distinguished Guest Speaker, Mr. Niño A. Cabatingan, shared valuable insights that challenged young researchers to think critically, pursue knowledge with purpose, and transform ideas into impactful action.
