BiPSU-DNV Periodic Audit 2

The DNV Periodic Audit 2 on BiPSU-QMS was conducted on October 28-29, 2021. The focus of the audit was to maintain the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS in all program offerings of the University. The ISO requirements anchored with the Plan, Do, Check, and Act (PDCA) principles are the key elements in maintaining the BiPSU's Institutional Certification from 2017 to present. Our learning and experiences in adopting the QMS helped the University chart its course towards quality assurance, which contributed to various transformations and achievements in this trying time. After the stringent audit, the University was able to hurdle the DNV-Periodic Audit 2 with no nonconformities found in the BiPSU's system. The University maintained its certification of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

The BiPSU Quality Management System Manual.

The BiPSU QMS was revised and approved on the 30th day of June 2021. The Revision of the QMS aimed to ensure that all programs, projects, goods, activities, and services were carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This edition of the QMS Policy Manual is based on the Plan, Do, Check, and Act (PDCA) Principles, which have been critical in sustaining BiPSU's ISO Institutional Certification since 2017. The Manual was updated in response to the University's name change from NSU - BiPSU, which included all key revisions, as well as the application of the BSMT requirements of the Joint CHED-MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 02, s. 2019. As a result, the QMS Policy Manual assisted the institution in ensuring that all procedures are compatible with statutory and regulatory standards, as well as serving as primary source of information for continuous development. With that said, BiPSU-QAA team wishes to offer their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed their time and effort to the manual's updating. For continuous improvement, let us continue to adopt and adhere to the good practices we've learnt from the ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standards and requirements for costumer satisfaction.
