Battle for 3rd: SAS vs SOE

31/08/2026

For more than eight decades, BiPSU has continued to grow, serve, and open doors of opportunity for generations of BiPSUnistas.

Four major milestones have shaped our journey: the birth of Naval High School, the establishment of Naval Institute of Technology (NIT), its transformation into Naval State University (NSU), and its renaming into Biliran Province State University (BiPSU).

Today, we officially mark 54 years as a higher education institution—the day Naval Institute of Technology (NIT) was born.

As today is a holiday, the official celebration of our founding anniversaries will kick off on Wednesday, September 2, with the theme "Weaving Sustainable Impact".

Stay tuned for the full lineup of activities.

Same mission. Stronger legacy. Bigger dreams.

Happy 54th Founding Anniversary, mahal kong BiPSU!
