Appreciation post

Our sincere appreciation to the Pangasinan Provincial Library (PPL) for bringing the “ PPLiket Ed Ug Ugaw” Community Outreach Program under the leadership of Ginang Ma. Cynthia Encarnita F. Vila, Punong Tagapangasiwa ng Panlalawigang Silid-Aklatan ng Pangasinan
to our learners through book sharing, arts and crafts, and feeding activities.

We are also grateful for your partnership with the Guicosina Program of our Governor Ramon B. Guico III, which made the feeding program and provided our learners with a nutritious food and experience of care and generousity.

Our heartfelt thanks as well to our supportive 6th District Board Member ,Hon Noel Fernando R. Bince,Jr and Hon Mayor Rosita G. Rafael,represented by Ms Angelica Keen Malaca for their continued support and presence.

To our ever supportive parents headed by PTA Pres Marilyn Marquez, thank you for your all out support and cooperation. Your involvement truly helped make this outreach program a success.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite

📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

In view of the Orange Rainfall Warning and the effects of Tropical Storm MAYMAY (KUJIRA) and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), face-to-face classes in all public and private schools are suspended on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Schools shall implement the appropriate Alternative Learning Modality.

📌 Huwag kalimutang isave at icheck ang ating Municipal Emergency Hotlines. Kung may emergency, pagbaha, landslide o nangangailangan ng agarang tulong, huwag mag-atubiling makipag-ugnayan.
