GPP Validation Team as the school showcased its continuing commitment to promoting school gardening, sustainable food production, environmental responsibility, and learner participation.
VALIDATION HIGHLIGHTS
The validation focused on the implementation and sustainability of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP), including the development and maintenance of school gardens, production of vegetables, utilization of available resources, proper gardening practices, and participation of learners and stakeholders.
The activity also provided an opportunity to present the school’s program plans, documentation, accomplishments, and sustainability initiatives, demonstrating the collective efforts of the Cogonan ES community in strengthening school-based gardening and supporting the well-being of learners.
Under the leadership of Dr. Jeremias S. Beltran, School Head, and through the collaborative efforts of teachers, learners, parents, and stakeholders, Cogonan ES continues to cultivate a school garden that serves as a meaningful avenue for learning, responsibility, environmental stewardship, and healthy living.
