As Saint Michael College of Caraga Junior High School celebrates its 78th Founding Anniversary, our Grade 7–10 learners come together as one Michaelinian community, bringing their talents, skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit to the different events of our Foundation Days Celebration.

ASEAN DAY 2026 | FLAGS OF UNITY, HEARTS OF ONE COMMUNITY

The SMCC Junior High School Department proudly commemorated ASEAN Day 2026 through a meaningful Flag Ceremony and ASEAN Flag-Waving Activity, bringing together our Michaelinian learners in a celebration of regional unity and cultural diversity.

During the ceremony, students proudly raised and waved the flags representing the ASEAN Member States, symbolizing the unique identities, cultures, and traditions of Southeast Asia while recognizing the shared values that unite the region.

More than a display of colorful flags, the activity served as a reminder to our learners that unity does not require uniformity. ASEAN celebrates diversity while fostering friendship, cooperation, peace, and mutual understanding among its member nations.

Through education and meaningful school activities, SMCC continues to nurture learners who appreciate cultural diversity and understand their role as responsible members of the ASEAN community.
